Scam‑Like Experience, No Refund After Months
ENG:I ordered a specific item and received something completely different. Since then, I’ve been trying for months to get my money back, but all I get are empty promises and excuses. Every time they say they will “look into it,” nothing happens. At this point, it’s clear they have no intention of resolving the issue.
I strongly advise against doing business with this company. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and absolutely not trustworthy.
ES: Hice un pedido de un artículo específico y recibí algo totalmente diferente. Desde entonces llevo meses intentando recuperar mi dinero, pero solo recibo promesas vacías y excusas. Cada vez dicen que “lo revisarán”, pero nunca hacen nada. A estas alturas está claro que no tienen intención de solucionar el problema.
No recomiendo para nada hacer negocios con esta empresa. Son poco fiables, poco profesionales y nada de confianza.
