If I could give it a minus 5 stars I would. Very unfair terms and very user non friendly. Unnecessarily awkward to use if you have to use. Would never recommend. Avoid

Really poor experience, vouchers are valid only for 12 months from purchase date unlike others i.e. buyagift.co.uk where vouchers are valid for 2 years after activation. I wouldn’t choose Stylechoice vouchers as a gift unless it’s a gift for Stylechoice 😂 However if you MUST then whoever is going to get the gift MAKE them aware it EXPIRES in 12 months since the date you bought it 😂

Beware the expiry date and time consuming sign up process. Just not worth the hassle…giving cash a better alternative

Hi all,
I am in the process of speaking with Trading Standards and the Better Business Bureau to not only get our money back for the gift cards that can't be redeemed, but also to build a case up for all those who have been scammed by Style Choice Ltd.
I believe Eddy and Diane Bensity are still the business owners.
Hopefully, they will respond once a government authority has been in touch.
This company are an absolute disgrace.

Would give 0 if I could. The code number scratched off and took some of the code with it. I've emailed customer services like they advise and heard nothing complete waste of £20 Avoid!

Shameful you only have 12 months to use the money on your card.

The sale used card. I had £20 gift card, and when I want to use the card, I found that I had in my account £0.00
I emailed them many times, The services is absolutely 0.

Horrible. No customer service skills. Waiting for a partial refund since May, for poor qualury. Doubtful I will see it. They should provide a full refund by now, but went dark on.me instead.

NEVER BUY this gift card!!

We have been trying to redeem this gift card, and in every shop, we choose online, we are told the gift card is out of stock.
We have tried numerous times for months! - No success!

They cannot help, only repeating the steps to redeem your card - even if they know there are no stores that will accept this card.
It is a shame!

I was given vouchers for Christmas
£60.00 in total, none of them work as the codes cannot be read.

They are useless and very unhelpful. They hope the generic email responses is enough to fob you off. I had a gift card to the value of £40 given to me that I was unable to use because of lockdown restrictions and because it had expired after 12 months they couldn’t do anything about it.

This is not a gift card company you should ever consider using again all other gift card companies have always redeemed the amount even when it has expired… these people are just out to claim money. I’m just happy that it’s not more than £40 because had it been over any other amount like I’ve seen others comment about in the reviews I would be really really pissed off. And what gift card company gives you 12 months to spend your gift card the minimum of seen on other gift cards is 18 months so it’s a big indication they are out to make money in the Hope that you forget to spend your gift card.

Poor customer service skills, poor Customer Service communication. Email responses was from a guy just called Daniel. Convenient there’s no last name so there’s no way of chasing who is who or who you’re talking to.

I was reluctant to even give a one star… they don’t even deserve the attention

My daughter was given a card for her birthday and it had expired before we had the chance to redeem it. I contacted their 'customer services' and essentially was told bad luck. It had expired 5 weeks beforehand, no dispensation for national lockdowns, 12 months to use it or lose it. With the tiniest Ts & Cs on the back of the card and a lack of opportunity to shop it's a licence to print money for them. Shocking product, vile customer service response! £20 of birthday money for a child is a lot to lose.

Absolutely awful. The quality of the product is so poor that when you “try” to scratch off the label you can’t scratch you have to peel it then none of the digits are visible to the poor quality. Then Customer help is no better as you can’t even get to them. Go to the complaints section the complaint won’t send and can you find a number to try resolve the issue before a bad complaint has to be bad? No, no you can’t. The person I feel bad for in this situation isn’t me it’s my little sister who thought it would be a lovely birthday present. Well that was probably the most wasted money and time ever spent!!

We have been trying for weeks to redeem a gift card, every shop we choose we are told the gift card is out of stock. We have tried several, numerous times. Appalling website. Feel sorry for my son and the person who spent money on this card that we cannot spend in any shop we want. Do not buy one!

I initially gave this company a poor review. I struggled to contact them after only having 5 digits visable so couldn't claim the money.
After a lot of web searching found email address. The companies online contact mechanism is impossible to use.
I now have a full code customer support services have been helpful and efficient thank you

Worst vouchers ever , take your money and do all they can to stop you spending it !!

Absolutely disgusting.
I scratched of the section to get my code and it took half the code with it.
Have messaged these useless people 4 times now from the CONTACT USE PAGE.And no response.
DO NOT BUY ONE

Do not buy these cards, they advertise a great choice of shops to buy from, but when you come to redeem the card then the choice is very poor, waste of time & money
