Very poor service
I ordered some shoes on sale. I didn't even opened the box as I was offered same shoes. Customer service says it was "clearly" stated in policy which is everything but true (nobody reads these geenral conditions). Which is clearly visible on another hand is a misleading banner on the website stating there is free return for purchases done through Paypal.

Dear Chris, when you order something on line you are always required to read and accept the general conditions before paying. This is true for every store you buy from. You should aways read the return policy before shopping everywhere.
The PayPal banner we have states the truth, we offer free return for purchases done through paypal but only for items eligible for return, that means all items that are not on sale price, which are the majority. We're sorry you're not happy with your shopping experience.
Bad! Very very bad customer service.
I ordered a John Galliano tie from them, when the package (after waiting more than 5 weeks) finally came there was no tie to be seen, just copies of a newspaper called Metro. As you can imagine I was not impressed. It took me nearly 3 weeks before I got hold of someone and they were totally unhelpful. I didn't get my money back and I would advise anyone thinking of using Styledrops to tread very carefully, in fact just avoid this site.
