Happy customer

Ordered a Fjällräven jacket.

Fast delivery (from Germany to Sweden in my case), price was better than any store in Sweden and delivery free in my case. Tracking system was also good.

Small downside was that it wasn't super clear what exchange rate was gonna be applied. It wasnt my bank's at least (hoped it was gonna my banks rate because that was lower than the rate applied).

They offer different pricing for same…

They offer different pricing for same articles depending on which of their websites you go to (.de .com). Refused to refund the difference between different sites claiming this was absolutely normal practise (shipping cost was free from both sites). Refused to cancel the order shortly after it was placed claiming that the order was already processed. They clearly do not care about their business if willing to loose future customer over few euro. Avoid like a plague.

Wouldn’t recommend

Wouldn’t recommend, ordered a jumper 3 weeks ago. Waited and tracked it to say it tried to be delivered (was home all that day) and they would try again. Another week and I had to ring 2 postal companies to tell me it was sent back last week. I know it’s mainly the delivery companies fault but when I asked the company to help they were very bad at responding and were no help what so ever.

Ordered a particular RIPNDIP Hoodie…

Ordered a particular RIPNDIP Hoodie (which was out of stock everywhere else) from Germany to the UK. I was a little hesitant due to the other reviews but really wanted the Hoodie. The order was placed over the Black Friday weekend and I received the order in 4 days. Very impressed and would have no hesitation in using again.

Cheat company ?

I bought vans sk8 mte 2.0dx (85.50euro) on 22 of November. But I never receive any confirmation email and don't have the order number. I tried to email to this company and they said they didn't receive any transaction. And now like I lose my money for nothing.

"As we have written before, the order did not went through,
No amount is been taken from your credit card.
It is just an reservation which will be removed automatically."

stylefile customer unfriendly-charged me for item i’ve returned

I have ordered two pairs of shoes from Zalando, that came from this seller Stylefile. After I returned the shoes, they wanted to charge me for 1 pair that I have returned. Although I had a return receipt and afterwards have signed a legal statement that I DID returned them- both Zalando and this partner did not accept it and said i must pay.
After many calls with Zalando, they kept saying that Stylefile did not receive the second pair. This led me to get a invoice and third overdue notice So I was forced to take a lawyer. Lawyer took care of it with one letter. In the future, I guess customers should make videos of parcel they return so they are not accused of stealing. Not an honest conoany at all. Never again.

Errors in the registration of returned items can happen, but irregularities can also be detected by checking the inventory afterwards. If no irregularities are found after the necessary checks, we must assume that the item was not returned legally.

Coat arrived in 3 working days

Ordered a tommy hilfiger coat( cheaper here than anywhere else) and it arrived 3 working days later! So couldn't be better!

Excellent service and choice

I’m not sure or why all the bad rep but ordered 2 pairs of trainers and arrived within a week...all the way to Malta. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Was apprehensive after reading the reviews but I am sure I will be back.
Also impressed with the choices of goods available and prices!

Lied about product being shipped when it was in fact not in stock to avoid refunding

I really did not want to write this review but felt like I needed to inform potential customers. I only saw the bad reviews after I placed my order and regretted it straight away. Dealing with style file has been quite the headache. I asked to cancel my order and I was denied as they had "already shipped my parcel". However they did not, the shoes where simply out of stock and they lied by saying my order was shipped and it was to late too cancel with a tracking number that did not work. After a week + I noticed that my parcel has not even left the warehouse. It has taken me 2 weeks to get refunded and constant emails and calls hassling customer service.
I really don't appreciate being lied to a denied a refund when my order had not even been processed. This has been a waste of my time. I would recommend not wasting you time with this company. They sell items that they don't have in stock and will to refund you until you send hassle them everyday. In the end happy I got my 75 euros back.

Full Story Below:

I decided to cancel my order promptly the following day, I feared I had ordered from a scam website due to the weirdly written confirmation email and lack of invoice. I ordered a pair of shoes.

The following day I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. My request was rejected and I got an email response saying the sandals had already been shipped including a GSL tracking number. I concluded that it was not a scam website and I was happy to wait for my shoes.

Over the week I checked the GSL tracking website to see what the estimated time of delivery. For the next week the GSL tracking website stated that the package was not handed over to them. I started to get worried and tried to get ahold of Stylefile. No reply for 3 days. Finally I found their number on Facebook called and asked. I was told that there was something wrong with my order.

2 days pass, I receive and email saying stated that there is a issue with my order. ( no new info on my supposed "missing order") . I ask for a refund they answer that they had to track and located package (which has not left the warehouse).

Finally 7 days later after I call and they said that they are processing my refund. A day later I receive 2 emails one stating that I am finally getting a refund due to the shipping issues and another one stating that I was refunded due to lack of stock.

This has been a headache and dealt with very unprofessionally.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. BOGUS COMPANY WITH BOGUS GOODS. DON'T LET THEM RIP YOU OFF. DIFFICULT TO GET MONEY BACK ONCE YOU PAY THEM. I CANCELLED ORDER STRAIGHT AWAY AS READ THE REVIEWS AFTER PURCHASING AND THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE CANCELLED ORDER EVEN THOUGH IT DID IT 1 MINUTE AFTER PLACING THE ORDER.

STOLE MY MONEY

I ordered a pair of Jordan’s from their website. Everything was confined including my order and shipping. I work from 7am-3pm roughly 50 hours a week. On the order confirmation it said that it should arrive within 2-7 days and when 10th day came I checked my order package tracker and said that it had be delivered on TWO different times when I was not at home. However, there was no slip from the postman or anything so I tried to contact the company asking if they’d have any idea where it’d be now or if it’s possible for them to send me another pair or refund me since my package could’ve easily been left at a neighbours house or something but it was taken back to god knows where. Long story short is I tried to contact them via email , got an automated message not even expecting to get my money back or a reply with the reviews I’m seeing below.

All I have is this: 1 x item no.: SO11Z12102110 for 95,90 €
item: Max Aura Jordan shoes black/black-red 11,0
total: 95,90 €

Avoiding this company at all cost next time

NEVER EVER buy something from…

NEVER EVER buy something from stilefile.

I have never experienced so bad service. I ordre a jacket in s, and return it because it to small and they sent me a xxs, i hear nothing from them, and sent to mail, i call and talk to them, and the lady, promise me they have sent the jacket in medium, but they have again sent me one in xxs. 14 days i have been waited, and now they tell me they dont have the jacket in medium ..

Is it a Scam?

I bougt a pair od adidas.. and because e the payment page was acting a litle akward I was afraid I had made a duplicate payment for my order.. I sent an e-mail explaining that In case I'd ordered 2 pairs they should cancel one. now I's been more than 2 weeks.. no response.. no adidas.. and no money!!

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. I bought a paid of shoes that appeared available on their site. The delivery date was supposed to be 17th August. The delivery was not made that day, because the shoes were not on stock appereanlty, even if they seemed to be available, but the money from my account were put on hold. I gave them 3 emails and no reply. I called them to cancel the order and they confirmed with me that they will cancel. After a few days I called again to ask what happened with the amount put on hold. When someone finally answered, I asked “do you speak english” and they hung up. Finally, they confirmed that the money were not taken, but after 5 days. I will never order again or recommend them.
