No communication.

I ordered a lamp at this store a month ago, and I still haven't received it. The amount was drawn from my VISA the day after ordering.
I received an order confirmation indicating that the lamp would be shipped in 3 days, after that they haven't informed me about anything.
I wrote an email to the store, but they did not reply. I have called them twice and they keep ensuring me that they will ship my lamp today or tomorrow..........

Update 15/3-2010; Happy ending - Order was cancelled and total amount payed was refunded.
