Paid for a return label at a very high price. Took to my local DHL but was told this service only exists in London. Contacted customer support early last week. Was told someone would be in touch with 48 hours. Nearly a week later no one has contacted me and I am unable to get my refund. Very frustrated

i bought the angelic hoodie and bottoms, hoodie is nice but the bottoms are atrocious. I spent €50 for bottoms that fit loosely as an XS like loose leggings, so ugly and thin material and i wore them twice and a hole broke open in the loose area how does that even happen.
