I had been using this company for 6…

I had been using this company for 6 years and in the beginning they actually did a good job. Every now and then there would be an issue with an assignment like a poor grade but support was always responsive and would respond and was generally helpful in correcting any issues or offering a refund or credit on a future assignment if the issue could not be corrected. About a year ago I would say maybe 1.5 years ago I started noticing the decline in support. If I had any issues I would email support multiple times and get a delayed response or get no response at all. At the same time I also started having major issues with assignments. Assignments I would submit would have the due date changed after I submitted them. I would reach out to support and any response I would get if any at all would come after the deadline for the assignment had passed making it impossible for any issues to be fixed in time tactually turn in the assignment and every time the issue was blamed on a system error and they would ask if I needed a refund on said assignment when I responded yes because the assignment was not completed in time for the deadline (multiple times not even assigned to a writer until days after the deadline) they would just stop responding It got to the point where I had to start taking screenshots when I submitted the assignment and the deadline I attached to the assignment because I knew the likelihood of the deadline being changed by "system error" was so high. I don't know what the purpose of asking me if I needed a refund then just stop responding and not actually offer it but this happened on my last 2 assignments in a row (and several times prior but not in chronological order like the last 2) The exact same issue with an assignment not being assigned to a writer until over a day after the deadline, delayed response from support offering a refund then no response at all or rectification of assignment not being completed or assigned by the deadline. After years of giving business to this company I am in shock at the decline of professionalism over the last year and have had to switch companies. I gave this company so many chances because when you have been using the same company for so long and have to switch and learn a new companies system it takes time to do that and with my busy schedule I did not want to have to switch but it got to the point of this happening so often It was becoming predictable and I am having to file disputes with my bank because after support offers a refund they stop responding. It feels very scam like even though I have had instances where they actually did complete assignments and did good work, in the situations where there was an issue it was a nightmare and impossible to get any real support.

First, I want to sincerely apologize for the experience you had. Reading your review is genuinely upsetting, especially knowing you trusted us for six years.(I have just gained access to this platform)

I also want to provide a little context, not as an excuse, but as an explanation. About a year and a half ago, after losing both my father and my brother, I made the difficult decision to sell the company while dealing with everything personally. I recently purchased the business back, and it breaks my heart to learn that the level of service you had come to expect declined so significantly during the time I was away.

What you described, including deadline changes, delayed responses, assignments not being assigned until after the due date, and refund requests going unanswered, is not the standard this company was built on. If that is what happened, I completely understand why you lost trust and ultimately chose another service.

I am especially disappointed to hear that you felt you had to take screenshots to protect yourself and even dispute charges with your bank. No long term customer should ever feel that way.

While I cannot change what happened, I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to make it right. If you are willing, please contact me directly through our website or reply with your original order information. I will personally review your account, investigate what happened, and ensure any outstanding refund or unresolved issue is addressed.

Thank you for supporting us for so many years before these issues began. I am truly sorry we let you down, and I am committed to rebuilding the company into the business our customers originally trusted.
