Hi, apologies for the delay. Having checked, I can your shirt did arrive back last week, but Customer Service had allocated this afternoon to dealing with the refunds together. They have assured me it will be done before close of business today. Apologies again for the mix up with the Macron Verona authentic v replica shirt, we think this must have happened during photography and the bags were swapped by accident. Both shirts are licensed, but entirely our mistake.

The product arrived stained
The product arrived stained. Customer support was able to give me a small refund after a bit of back and forth but I am really disappointed in the quality of the product. I was offered a replacement but with it being so close to Christmas, i do not want to risk it getting lost in transit. Definitely not worth what was paid

We have discussed with customer services and they mentioned that we were prepared to send a replacement over to you immediately and then refund upon receipt of the original faulty item. Our apologies for the faulty item, the products are factory sealed so we would eventually need to return the item to Puma for credit.

I received my package
I received my package, in Canada, very quickly. My complaint is that my debit and credit transactions did not go through. So I had to use PayPal.
