We purchased a system from Success Systems, Inc. based on specific representations about AI invoice scanning, back-office functionality, and support, including from their sales representative Scott Tarlow. The system did not perform as represented.

From the beginning, the AI invoice feature never became operational in any reliable or usable way, despite multiple trainings, updates, and repeated assurances from Success Systems. This was a key reason we chose their system.

In addition, we experienced ongoing issues with invoice accuracy, missing uploads, and system configuration that were never fully resolved.

Support was extremely limited. Over several months, we sent more than 80 emails requesting assistance and follow-ups, often needing multiple attempts just to receive a response, with no meaningful resolution.

Ultimately, Success Systems, Inc. closed our account without resolving the outstanding issues. Following that, we were unable to retrieve critical business data, including our price book.

We were ready to use the system and worked cooperatively throughout. The product simply never reached a functional, usable state.
