Way overpriced with very low quality. Horrible customer service. Just looking to rip people off. The mat and yoga towel I received were nothing like the description. Contacted the company and they offered to send a free replacement of a different mat without needing to return the original. They never sent it and stopped answering all my emails. I ended up stuck with the original and just gave them away. Total waste of money and so much frustration and aggravation to deal with. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

It is DECEMBER 2025. I placed my order in MAY 2025 and it has not been delivered. Over 200 USD not delivered. If you’re thinking about it. It’s not worth it. DO NOT GET THEIR PRODUCTS. TOTAL SCAMMER. I requested a refund and till now no response. Terribly runned business.

Scammers! Placed in an order around end of August, and now it’s mid December, customers arrive reply once or twice say it’s normal to take around 45 days to get the order! But now it’s way over than 45 days and they never reply my email since then

Scammers!!! Stick the word Bali on the end of your name, it doesn’t matter. Still scammers. Never got my mat, never got a response, they disable comments on their Instagram to stop people saying bad things about them. This is a major warning to anyone suckered in by the seemingly legitimate website with their little chatbot.

The worst service. I fully paid two matts on december 2024. It has being 7 months since an I haven’t received any respond. The company is a SCAM.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I thought I was the only one with the shipping issue but I can see now that they have scammed a lot of people. I placed the order on February and still doesn’t arrive I think by now it will never do. It’s such a shame 😭 I spend €60 for nothing.

Beware. I ordered a mat two months ago and have not received the product. I have sent them several emails and even contacted them through their online receptionist. No response. Do not purchase a map from them. They are a big-time scam.

Edit: Sugarmat Bali has not still not responded to several emails. I went onto their website and verified my order number, their automated system states that they cannot find my order. Yet they took my money. Their messages on Instagram have been turned off. They turned them on, on Saturday and then they turned them off. I called my banking institution and they are conducting an investigation. I believe the way this company works is that they gift product to influencers so they can appear as legitimate. Please do not fall for this illegitimate company. Also, if you can, go onto any social media platform that they have and warn people about these crooks.

Scam!!!! Ordered since February, was told that my order is not available and need to wait for 2-3 weeks for preorder. Emailed them numerous times since then, no reply. I ordered several mats on 2016 and they arrived but now they run a fraudulent business. Do not order!

OMG, i thought i am the only one getting scammed in purchasing yoga mat, first the MANDUKA UAE website. now this SUGARMAT. I ordered arounf January 25, 2025. up until now March no Mat arrived. waste of money!!!! they sent me an email that my address has been flagged i was like that is weird, then they sent an email that some issue with the shipping. PLEASE DON'T FALL TO THEIR TRAP, someone should take down their website ans social media as well.

Ordered a few years ago and received my order and it was great. Recently, I ordered a mat and yoga blocks for Christmas and only the yoga blocks came. No response to any of my emails/chats and it is extremely hard to get in touch with them. I was able to dispute the charge, but it is disappointing and incredibly frustrating going through this.

I ordered a mat more than 6 months ago it never arrived. The website is not working. I suspect a SCAM.

Totally disappointing, I placed an order almost 6 months ago and never arrived. No replies on any sources. The mat has been fully paid.
I had an experience 5 years ago - it was great, and really fabulous mats.
Though such a frustrating treat nowadays.

I wish this 110 euro will benefit those guys somehow.

Bought 2 mats as Christmas gifts and never received them! After filing several customer complaints, was ignored every time and have yet to receive a single mat or a refund!

SCAM! I bought a beautiful May from them years ago so was quite happy to repurchase. However they have not been answering my emails, and I never received $300AUD of goods. So heartbroken.

I bought my mat January first and after two months never received anything, I contacted them multiple times and never got a response, in the end my back was able to get the money back but what a scam! Please don’t be taken in!

Ordered a mat in October and nothing received in 2 months, so I emailed in late December to ask where it was. It's now February, over a month later, and still no answer, so I called and nothing. No one answers. But their website is still accepting orders. This company may have shipped products at one point, but now they are a complete scam.
