DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Never received my order after months of waiting, the contact email on their website is fake and trying to contact them through social media only leads for them to deleting your comments and ignoring your messages. There is no way to contact them. The only way I got my money back was to contact PayLane and have them investigate and force them to refund me. Paylane is the only payment method available for their website but thankfully they helped me receive my refund.

Absolute garbage of an online shop

Absolute garbage of an online shop. It's impressive how you can scam almost every single customer that falls for your while maintaining a social media profile that gives the impression of being trustworthy and serious. If you are thinking about ordering, then must either be either rich or insane.

Abysmal customer service

I placed my order on 18th February 2019 and to this day (15th March) I still haven't received an e-mail confirming that my order has been dispatched. I have attempted to contact them multiple times to no avail. The e-mail address on their website yields no response even though they say they'll reply within 48 hours.

The e-mail address provided on their Facebook page doesn't even exist. I don't think this is a fake company as I've seen people successfully buy from their site before but their customer service is easily the worst. If my order doesn't arrive soon I will probably be forced to contact my bank to get my money back. Absolutely awful. I've tried contacting them on their social media as well with no luck.

If you want to buy something Sugarpills please buy it from Dolls Kill or a website like that so you actually get your item.
