I’ve shopped with these for a few years with no problem. Ordered may 2018 got part of order. Contacted them to be told I would receive the rest by the end of the week. (I signed for the items). After many emails with no reply. We are now at the end of September with no refund and no items. No contact from them which has left me to leave this review.

I ordered a load of Urban Decay products because of the bargain price, but I should have known they were fake. The felt top is a different shade to the genuine ones and the make-up itself is not only completely different shades to the genuine, but it is crap stuff as well.
They have still refused to reply to my questioning but dispatched a label pretty quickly. Haven't sent it back yet as I'm hearing they don't give you your money back once they get the goods back. Utter scum
Purchased Urban Decay/Kylie lip kits and Converse shoes - all arrived promptly and 'looked like' genuine articles. Close inspection revealed however they were not genuine products - counterfeit goods, confirmed by trading standards. Products returned to company 3 months ago, with proof of postage sent too - still no refund.
I got loads of bargain Christmas gifts. downside is your order is sent out separately for some reason. Top marks tho.
