Great value

Fast shipping about 5 business days, cheap price, new product. I order the indigo blue inova 29'' but it is out of order so they offer the silver one for me because I am in a rush to get it. Yeah!!! Get it on time.

I still haven't received my case as a result of some restructuring!

As of yet i havent received my case. Apparently there is some redistribution problems so my experience has been a poor one currently. At least i was given the option to cancel my order if i wanted to so hence the 2 stars rather than 1.

Best Prices Guaranteed!

I found the luggage I wanted through Suitcase.com well below the price any other retailer was selling it for. I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon and received it the next Tuesday afternoon. I was a little nervous that it might not arrive in time for my trip but it did. I didn't receive the tracking number until two days after my item shipped. Their customer service and online chat personnel were very professional and courteous. The one thing they need to work on is communicating the progress of the order through the order tracking link they give you. It stays in processing for about 5 days, which made me a little nervous because I was traveling the next week. From my experience, and based on other reviews that I read, expect to receive your package 9 days after you place your order. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Price was right, selection was varied and vast.

There was plenty to choose from while shopping on Suitcase.com. It was well laid out and easily searchable. I compared prices with all the big name online sites and Suitcase.com was comparable and more often lower. They also had many items I couldn't find elsewhere. My carry-on came in a very sturdy box and in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be back.

Got exactly what I ordered, within a reasonable time.

I am very familiar with the product that I ordered, so no product quality problem. Price was exceptionally good. Received it within a reasonable time. The only comment that I would make is that they did not tell me that the item was shipped-- it just showed up-- but it did not take long. Perhaps I missed the shipping notice??

The order was placed on Wednesday the 23rd in the evening where it was too late to ship out that day. The item shipped out on Thursday and was delivered to you by Monday, a two day turnaround (Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days). The order was shipped free freight to you, and as our return policy states, you are responsible for the return to us if you don't like what you ordered. It is unfortunate the carry-on size bags are small, but they need to be to fit airline carry-on regulations. Lipault is a European company therefore their carry-ons are designed a bit tighter due to even stricter regulations.

We do hope that you will consider us for your Luggage and Travel accessory needs in the future.
