Good Customer Service experience:
I posted an ad twice and had some issues with my ad. Miss Gayatri Devi from Sulekha.com was courteous and had good knowledge on how to solve my issues and resolved my issue.

Gayathri was really helpful and provided me with all the help I needed.

Sulekha is a top most place for all kind of scammers. Us government should ban sulekha website completely

I posted an ad into wrong category then immediately after realization I raised a service ticket. For the ticket resolution, I received the call from Mr Iyyappan. He assisted me with the quick resolution by explaining me the detailed process.

Dont get training and placement thing through this site suggested people. They are not even companies in US. They havented vetted these so called people who will reachout to you because they charge higher and sulekha has their commission with them. They are people from India who may or may not train regularly and once finish, that is if they do, will stop picking up calls and reply. No placement help that they promise. Sulekha Customer service is slow and non directional. You may never get your money back and will have to file police report and consumer fraud report like me and my friends have to.

Beware...this company is a fraud. They cancelled the show without any notification and are not refunding the money. Tried contacting them but mailboxes are full. Emailed them but no response. Will take legal help next.

Purchased show tickets through Sulkeha and the event was cancelled less than 24 hours from start time. Sulekha refused to provide full refund keeping all the transaction fees for no reason. When I demanded my full amount back they said “transaction fee is nothing.” It’s not nothing, it’s my hard earned money!! These people are jerks, me and my family will not be buying anything off Sulekha again. Even Ticketmaster gives full refund for cancelled shows. Sulekha has unethical business practices and keeps their customers hard earned money. Don’t buy from them!!
