The loss of a star is for two reasons, of the four suits purchased, only one fit properly. One blouse neck line was too big. Yes, I could have responded in an appropriate timeframe to have these matters resolved. I am busy and the energy to act upon this issue, was low. I had assumed incorrectly (my fault as I know better .... presumption is the mother of all f#4K ups) that, the provision of actual size measurements would be reflected in the construction of the garments. One correctly sized garment, out of 6 is a fail.
The second reason is that, the pockets on the skirts and pants are poorly constructed. The fabric used to provide strength to the underside of the pocket was clearly visible and examination of the stitch work revealed, plain stitch only. The overlocker stitch work was absent, hence the pockets will eventually deteriorate and require attention. I need to act upon this ASAP at my own expense as I caught this too late. I noticed the issue when I was overseas in Aotearoa, two months after receipt. I know to look for this issue when I order more clothing.
Yes, in the short to medium term future, I will order more clothing, until I can find a tailor that will supply my clothing. I do know of one in Dunedin which is where I will likely travel to from Melbourne to have all my clothing adjusted and eventually made. The tailor is from Singapore and he used to make the suits for a former New Zealand Prime Minister. Unfortunately, a really bad Prime Minister ..... The 'Key' to failure is to sell Aotearoa off. The key to success is to measure twice and cut once!

I can only award top marks for this second phase as well; everything is proceeding exactly as expected and promised.

The third phase (arrival and inspection of the goods) is still to come, but I am very confident that it, too, will rank at the top end of the scale. I am very excited and will post again once that stage is reached.

If i could give it 0 I would. They made a suit for my wedding- the fit was awful so they made it again and yet again the fit was terrible. They agreed that it didnt fit correctly and told me to get a tailors quote which was £179 which they agreed to pay but by this point my wedding was days away and the alterations couldnt be done in time. I then requested a refund as I never recieved a suit that fitted me and they wouldn't offer anything other than store credit which I declined as I dont trust they can make anything to fit me.

My garment was well made and the perfect material. I made the choice to have an adjustable waist and so the garment needed some altering. Used the Hockerty recommended tailor and they handled everything. The Hockerty team was amazing to work with and very helpful. Highly recommend for a custom garment.

Trousers were a good fit
Trousers were a good fit. But the blouse was very tight. Unfortunately the company does not indicate the ease that they calculate between actual body measurements and the finished garment.
I suppose it is somewhere between 2 and 4 cm for a blouse with the slim fit. Which is for my taste way too tight. I advise trying in one of the basic qualities. The company did offer to correct measurements and make a new blouse.
For the blouse I used the hip measurements that worked fine for the trousers, but I could only just close it.
