I wish I could rate it 0 stars

I wish I could rate it 0 stars. I was scammed in November of 2019. It’s unbelievable that I am still trying to get a refund with Chase now 1 year later. Do not purchase hair unless it’s from a black owned business like Mayvenn.
Back in January, I was told to return my items to one address, after speaking with my bank, they found a different address that it should be returned to after I had already mailed the hair back. Both of these addresses were not the Compton, California addresses where I received my hair. The “true” mail-back addresses were in Chinese characters. The summely shop didn’t provide me with a printable return slip or even the correct address. They had no intentions of giving me a refund. BEWARE. Money back is not guaranteed like it said on the website.

This is the worst company that I have…

This is the worst company that I have every had the displeasure of dealing with. The fraudulent put up pictures, but when I received the wig it was nothing like what was in the picture. It was horrible, there was no lace, the stitching looks as if my 10 year old granddaughter had sown it together. Then when I asked for my refund, they told me to send the item back. I sent the item back then with the "help" of paypal, they tell me that I am unable to get my refund back, but they did not return the items that I purchased. They wanted me to send it to a different address than where it came from and I was not about to do that, so they could say that they didn't receive the item. this is not the only name that they go under. aimrie.shop is also their company, there are a few more names, that all belong to the same company. Please do no purchase anything from these companies they are a fraud! They show fony pictures, I agree, they sent the package in a ziplock bag I only wish that we could add pictures to show how this trash looks. They refuse to refund the money, or the item. I have talked to a lawyer about this fraudulent company. REMEMBER THEY GO BY A LOT OF DIFFERENT NAMES,BUT THEY ARE STILL THE SAME COMPNAY. ARMREI.SHOP, TOOMONG.STORE, LUVHAIR.STORE..You can find a lot of their other names on Facebook. Make sure that you tell everyone that you know, so that they will never lie to anyone else about the products that they sell. Maybe they will go out of business. I wonder where they get all those customers, to lie and say that the wigs are good?

I am very upset with this company named…

I am very upset with this company named Summely also goes by the name Toomong they are frauds. I was scammed of 6 lace front wigs which i suppose to use as protective styles for my natural hair transition. Firstly the order took 4 weeks to arrive I contacted them they gave me a tracking number and instructions to download this app named arrived. I was pretty excited to open the package then to my dismay I was totally disappointed. The wigs came in zip lock bags non of the wigs I ordered was what I purchased from the advertised pictures and videos. Actually three wigs were identical. Not Human hair, synthetic smelly hair No lace front No baby hair, not the correct length and not the correct styles NOT Even THE CORRECT COLOUR. The wigs were shedding once you take them out the bags copious amount of hair leaving patches in the wigs. One of the wigs I ordered was a braided wig style this company Summely aka Toomong sent me single braided plats about 30 single braided short plats 3 bundles with 10 plats per bundle this one took the cake how unprofessional and unethical untrustworthy they are. What made it worse upon contacting them they ignored all my emails never replied and any other form of communication this is a bogus business please do not buy from them else you will be scammed also. I am not happy I was cheated from the wigs and my hard earn money. I definitely want to take this further some way some how this needs to be address with the relevant authorities. it is not right to scam people from their hard earn money

"BEWARE"THEY SOLE ME 4 FAKE WIGS AND REFUSED TO SOLVE THE ISSUE

I ordered 4 different wigs and received them and sent a email on December 5, 2019. WOW!!!! How disappointed I was once I open/looked at each of the wigs. NONE and I DEFINITELY MEAN NONE of them were, 1) 100% HUMAN HAIR, 2) they DIDN'T LOOK nothing like the styles/color I ordered, 3) they wasn't in the CORRECT PACKAGING with the picture card as wigs come in. (they were all in ZIP LOCK FREEZER BAGS) 4) They had a smell and here wasn't a Invoice included. I have emailed them 6 TIMES and they responded once with an apology stating they would take care of the ISSUE on December 9, 2019. I asked them to REFUND my FULL AMOUNT back to my CARD and to email me a FREE SHIPPING LABEL for all of my troubles. I emailed them again on December 10th, 13th, 17th, 2019 because I haven't heard from them PERIOD. On December 18th 2019 they emailed me asking me to send all this information to about 12-15 things. So Ridiculous I answered and emailed them everything they asked for and I choose the option og keeping the 4 wigs including half of my REFUND as they offered to do.I again emailed them 2 more times on December 19, 2019. Now its about to be a New Year and this Trifling Fake company haven't RESPONDED BACK or REFUNDED my MONEY back. DON'Y DEAL WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE FULL OF IT!.

SCAM

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

BE WARNED! I received two cheap, synthetic wigs that has MISSING PATCHES AND BOTCHED CUT HAIR in the FRONT of the piece! I tried contacting them and they are nowhere to be found.

Don't give them your business. You'll regret it.

You're better off going to a beauty supply store.

THIS IS A SCAM. PLZ BE WARNED!!!

I wish I could give a negative star rating but chose 1 star so I could leave this review. NOTE: This company is a SCAM!!!. Both of the wigs I order were not even close to the wigs I did ordered. What I did receive were 2 plastic, no lace, horrible synthetic, totally wrong color/length... I could go on!
When I contacted them through the email provided (I scoured the web and no phone # to be found anywhere) They said to ship back for full refund and included an address to China which USPS quoted would be $23.00 to return even though the return address on wig packaging was a P.0. Box from California. THIS IS A SCAM!!! PLEASE BE WARNED!!!

100% synthetic

This place is definitely a scam. I ordered three different lace front Human hair wigs. What I received was 3 plastic wigs with no lace and two were exactly the same. They disappear after you order hair. I wish I could find the scammers. They’d have a well whooped behind.

Do not buy from these people

Do not buy from these people, it's a scam! They advertise lace front and human hair, but you get a synthetic cheap, plastic looking wig. Wigs will not look anything like the pictures. You don't have a way to contact them nor can you get your money back.
