I ordered chocolate for Easter. Now, four months later, I still have not received the goods I have ordered and paid for. Furthermore, they ignore my emails so that I have to start a legal action against them.
These are not serious. Steer away!

Shortly after the 1st phase of lockdown in December, Summerbird introduced a 2 hour delivery service for Copenhagen area. Needing to buy a Christmas present and with a deadline to give to my neighbour, I ordered from a chocolate collection from them after 18:00 which means that I was expecting the chocolate to be delivered in the morning.
The next day, up to 12pm, I didn't get anything. So I called their head office, who then forwarded me to delivery, who then forwarded me to another person, who then asked me to call their HQ again. It was rather frustrating to begin with. However, Mie, the lady who helped me at HQ, was able to trace my order and it turned out that I didn't select the 2 hour delivery. I speak very little Danish and google translation isn't always easily understood. She helped me canceled my order, processed my refund, and reorder a new one so that I could get it delivered the same day and give it to my neighbour in time for Christmas before she went to the country. I got my refund the same day and the Christmas present situation got saved in a timely manner.
I always liked Summerbird because they have a great quality chocolate and ice cream, but I was really impressed at how well they handled the situation in the end and put it right.
