Chat is getting worse, we have one host who is on repeat about her cats, wouldnt be so bad if she changed her chat about them but its like copy and paste. you can say word for word what her chat will be and ignores you when you ask a question as she is too busy on her computer games and copy and paste to notice. If she plays a chat game she always gets the winner wrong as she cant count more than ten lines of chat .
we have another host who is chatting up players as he has left his wife and looking for his next wife
And dont forget the host who tells the players she is that skint she has run out of toilet rolls and has to wait until the end of the month to buy her next batch from Amazon and her son has ate most of her weeks shopping on the first day so doesnt know what she will do ! I had a win of £1500 since the 31st of January. However after I withdrew my winnings I got an email stating they needed to verify my identity.
Sent in passport and bank statement which shows my address was told that the picture with me holding my passport to my face should show my hands. Sent in several photos and no one came back to say which photo is unacceptable.
Only after 2 phone call was I told that the photo were unacceptable these photos was acceptable to other sites so why is sun bingo saying this when clearly the photos are clear and ligit with me holding my passport.
Still have not received my money and they are asking me for feedback, have been emailing and phoning but all this has become stressful as I have lost money on the site and not complain why is it so hard for them to pay out my winnings.
They staff are very rude and unprofessional.

If you’re going to gamble this in my experience is the fairest site and I’ve played loads of different ones. I’ve won playing a couple of bingo cards and won playing loads of cards. The slot I choose to play is very good payout. I’ve had losses but stick to a budget and only play what I can afford to lose.

**Just to add a friend joined recently and their account was suspended after them winning £300 playing slots for 3 hours and not using their free bonus. They don’t suspend you when you’re losing!!! but could be the new gambling laws coming into play.

Shocking was playing slots 40 I paid in and as the bonus came In it said my limits was up so couldn't go ahead with bonus stay away from sun bing its a scam

There are only one or two hosts who do their job properly , the rest of them talk about their debts and how they cant afford to buy toilet roll until the next pay day , marriage break ups and how they play computer games all day and dont leave their house.
Do not speak out of turn in chat though as they will just chat ban you .
