Unfortunately, and after 5 orders, the areas of improvement are the UK e-commerce website. Orders take 5 days to get shipped from the German warehouse, and they use Evri which is the worst, and possibly slowest courrier in the UK.
Also, it would be nice to have a loyalty program on the e-commerce shop to reward loyal customers.
