I purchased a pair of Gucci glasses and when they arrived I put them on and they didn’t fit, kept sliding down my face and were lopsided!
The lens was RED but I chose blackgrey!
When I put them on I got an instant headache 🤕
I took them to my local glasses shop and determined they were fake! Be careful

Fake, scam, China crap!
Not quality fishing sunglasses.
Ordered 3 pairs fishing glasses for my husband and sons. They are women's cheap plastic glasses

I've got a chineese rayban! easily sent me a fake one without mentioning that in the website. Hopefully they refunde the money but it was a birthday gift and took me in trouble to find another one on time.

Issues with Sunglasses-shop.
Issue 1: they inform on sunglasses-shop .se that the delivery is free of charge and that moms (VAT) is included in the price, but in the end UPS charge handling fee, customs fee and moms (VAT).
Issue 2: the value of the goods provided by Sunglasses-shop to UPS was more than double the amount I paid to Sunglasses-shop. That rendered in an equal inflation of the fees (customs and moms (VAT)) charged via UPS.
Issue 3: Sunglasses-shop have not responded to this day (June 1st) on an email I sent to them May 19th with a request to correct the issues above.

I should add that the sunglasses were defekt on delivery. One glass fell out of the frame due to a faulty glass. It is unleavable that they deliver a faulty product!
This warning is based on the experience from an order placed with sunglassesshop 2021-May-04.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will send you the wrong pair of glasses (the pair will be a very cheap pair) and you will not be able to get a full refund. They will tell you it would cost you too much to send back so just keep them or give them as a gift. They'll say that they could refund you 4% (and who know if you would ever get it). Then they just ignore your emails until you give up.

Total SCAM. “Sorry SIR we sent you the wrong item.” After 3 weeks of the most horrible shipping. Stay away, don’t waste your time or money. That’s what happens when you deal with a foreign company. Buy local and from American companies only!

(THATS HOW THEY TRAP YOU) JUST TELL THEM YOU DID NOT RECEIVE GLASSES. THE PICTURE ONLY CONFIRMS THEY SENT YOU SOMETHING AND YOU'LL NEVER GET YOU'RE MONEY BACK. IF YOU CLAIM THAT YOU NEVER RECEIVED GLASSES, THEY HAVE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY. IF YOU SEND A PICTURE OF WRONG GLASSES, THEY'LL ASK YOU TO KEEP THE WRONG CHEAP GLASSES AND THEY'LL OFFER A SMALL REFUND. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. THE REST IS YOUR OWN FAULT IF YOU CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESSES WITH THIS BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY. ALSO #PAYPAL CONDONES THESE ACTIONS AND IS A S#!T COMPANY AS WELL!

Terrible customer service. They require a copy of my passport to place an order? No. Ever heard of identity theft? Then they asked for a screen shot proof of payment which I provided. Still wanted my passport. I called and the customer service agent hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

This is a fraudulent business. The sunglasses are made of very very cheap plastic.

Plastic cheap glasses that are worth no more than $5. Lesson learned: always check reviews before ordering

You get what you pay for! These are not Real Maui Jim glasses. Plastic, cheap, worth $20.

I guess I should have known better that it was too good to be true. My son got a great laugh out of it. The sunglasses barely open the hinges are so cheap and one lens is darker than the other so you literally can't see out of them.

This website is a fraud: they send you wrong glasses and then apologize but say the cannot refund. All good reviews are fake. How can you report this website?

Fake glasses (Maui Jims) and they couldn't even send the right style and quantity. Just check the facebook ad carefully: it advertises with Mauiijim (1 i too many), the logo is wrong, the label on the packaging is not original and I can go on and on. Even the follow-up is suspicious. Checked the domain from which they send email follow-up, and it is not in use: bestretailsale-dot-com.
Lastly, the products came from China and they don't mention that anywhere. Mauijims don't come from China!

Really bad, do not use.

Ordered two pairs of ray-bans (showing on stock). Order failed to arrive, contacted customer services told "out of stock, nornally 2 weeks", long story short...so over a month later with numerous contacts to customer services (never any updates from them), still no glasses. So asked for refund, even this has been delayed. Woefully.

I placed my order on Sunday before midnight, it came on Tuesday morning, via UPS, good packaging, original RayBAN, really good fit, retro style with good quality happy with my purchase and I am so satisfied with the service. Shop with confidence with Sunglassesshop.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The reason I gave them 1 star, is because I couldn’t give 1/2 a star.
#1 they sent me the wrong glasses.
#2 granted the lenses were clear and they “looked” legit, but the frames looked and felt like they would break in your hand, like something out of a kids party favor pack... CHEAP.
#3 they wouldn’t let us return them and get the right ones sent, or our money back, but they told us to keep them and they would give us $5 off our next purchase. (Wow, that’s not going to happen). If you want a pair of costa’s, spend the extra money and get the real deal, cause these aren’t!!!

I wish I could rate them a 0 because that's what they deserve. I am filling a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission today. This people are FRAUDS. Myself and two friends ordered glasses from them, waited 5 weeks and then we all three got sunglasses that we didn't order.
