Delivery took around the allotted time…

Delivery took around the allotted time of approx 2 weeks as stated from purchase.
Item received in excellent condition, only gripe is the Shop app tracking is abismal, had no notification as to when it arrived and had to communicate with the seller to find out if it was still in transit or if it had arrived.
Otherwise happy with my purchase.

I recently broke the arms on my Ray-Ban…

I recently broke the arms on my Ray-Ban prescription glasses and desperately needed replacement arms so I googled Ray-Ban and found a shop in Southport, I emailed them with my enquiry and a lovely gentleman named Ben Myers who was actually the Director got back to me the following day and said they had stock as I wasn’t sure they were the right parts I asked Ben if he could send an image of them and straight away he emailed me back with the image and they were the exact model of what I required so I placed the order. Ben also offered to include the screws too! After a few days the parts arrived and I took them to my Opticians to be fitted and adjusted. I am absolutely delighted with the way Ben Myers dealt with my problem, he was professional in every way. Thank you so much.

Great service

Great service from Ben. Had two pairs of Oakley Juliet's that needed nose bridge tightening, new rubbers, and new lenses. Ben was very accommodating and turned them round in super quick time doing a top job all round. Recommended.

I had damaged the lenses of my Ray…

I had damaged the lenses of my Ray Ban’s and could not buy the same style. We emailed sunglassesuk.com and were informed that the size of lenses were unavailable. Ben then e mailed my husband and suggested that if we sent him the sunglasses he could then order some lens which he would be able to trim them to fit.
What an excellent suggestion.
Imagine my delight when three days later a package was delivered through our letter box by the Royal Mail.
And on opening it I was doubly delighted to find my sunglasses repaired and looking wonderful.
What service….would certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs broken lenses repaired.
All we need now is for the sun to return….patience is a virtue!

Excellent service!!! Posted my Ray Ban sunglasses for lense replacement, paid for repair over the phone, repair done & returned them back to Geordieland. One very happy customer as able to contact by email & then on the phone

Outstanding service…

Twice they have delivered outstandingly prompt and efficient service. Replacing a pair of Rayban Aviator conventional with polarised lenses they went the extra mile in helping identify the serial number (no mean feat with Raybans miniature etchings) and fitting the new lenses in a week. On the second occasion Ben intervened personally to help find replacements for damaged lenses of a pair of Bausch and Lomb Raybans from so long ago I've lost track of the date. Thats going the extra marathon. Nothing but praise. I will be back for more.

Great service!

Great service, fast replies through email and happy to help with any enquires. I sent away 2 rayban glasses that I accidentally sat on and could no longer wear. They were returned to me within the week, like new again. Would definitely recommend!
