Lots of tours to wade through on the website, only to find out the tour is not happening at all in 2026 or not in the month we wanted. When I emailed a consultant to ask for assistance, I was given little or very basic information. I felt like they were only interested in corporate clients, not a tour for 2 people.

Consequently when it came down to the wire, I chose a company that gave good service and went the extra distance to advise and guide me.

After all if there is very little service before purchase, you’d wonder how good the service would be if you needed urgent assistance during the tour.

The booking process has been very efficient. Everyone I communicated with listened to my holiday needs were met. I’m looking forward to the tour in a few weeks time.

Overall the service from Sun Island tours was good. All the bookings for transfers were met, though communication of transfer pickup times being left via the hotels was sometimes compromised when not passed on - recommend you contact your clients directly via email rather than relying on third parties to pass information on. The second hotel in Athens, Electra Rhythm, was in the process of completing renovations, and the room provided to us was well below the standard expected

I believe SIT have a great product, however the timeframe to confirm sectors is too long. It took weeks to gain confirmations whereas other operators could confirm tours instantly or within 24hours.

Sun Island Tours staff, especially John S, are very knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

What a great tour our guide Alessio was so good ! The days were easy to do … relaxed the stays in the hotels were above average and the food provided as great … also the service from the support staff at head office was exceptional… I had to email and ring a few times with certain extra requirements I needed and they were right on to it … I would certainly use this group again .
