Unprofessional and Dishonest

Unprofessional and Dishonest - Avoid This Company
I had a terrible experience with this company. They installed solar panels for me, but during the process, they broke my roof window. While I understand accidents can happen, what followed was unacceptable.
Despite my patience and multiple follow-ups since Apr 2024, they have been dodging my requests to fix the damage. They kept claiming they were too busy, but I believe they were simply stalling and lying. Now, they have completely stopped responding to me, leaving me with a broken roof window and no accountability for their mistake.

This behavior is not only unprofessional but also unethical. A company that cannot take responsibility for its mistakes is one I would never recommend to anyone. If you value your property and peace of mind, I suggest looking elsewhere for solar panel installation.
