This isn’t even a beta, it’s broken

I really wanted Suno AI to be a useful music tool, but it fails on almost every level. The AI regularly ignores lyrics and prompt instructions, glitches vocals into robotic nonsense, and often produces unusable output that sounds low‑quality or corrupted. This product makes so many fundamental errors it shouldn’t even be called a beta.

Scam. Don't Let Them Steal Your $$$

For most important of customer service requests, Suno takes 4 to 6 weeks for any response. After paying for a subscription, I couldn't get into my account. My two messages to so-called customer service about access to my account weren't responded to for nearly 6 weeks.

More recently, my request for where/how I can make sure I'm not on auto-pay (because I have no intention of paying Suno again after this subscription ends has resulted in NO RESPONSE from Suno (it's now been nearly 4 weeks since I requested instructions). As best I can tell, Suno does not provide a way to turn off auto-pay from within an account.

To top their lack of customer support off: the product sucks.

Asking Suno to, for example, make my voice sound like my own voice changes nothing. I wouldn't mind if Suno improved my voice, while still allowing it to sound like my own voice. But Suno actually makes my voice sound nothing like me, while actually even degrading its quality some, rather than at least improving upon it.

Another example, asking Suno to make a song sound less "country," results in the song sounding the same OR more country. And, while some music I write can sound good with light country undertones, Suno makes the songs and my voice sound deep country.

WARNING:subscription paid feb 28 - STILL NO ACCESS after 12 days!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Suno.com. They charged my account on February 28th for a subscription, but I still have NO access to my profile or the features I paid for.
I have reached out to their support multiple times over the last 10 days, but I have received ZERO response. It is completely unacceptable to take a customer's money and then ignore all communication while providing no service.
As a creator, this is stalling my work and projects. If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will be forced to contact my bank for a chargeback/dispute and report this as a fraudulent transaction.
Fix my account immediately!

Charging after subscription was cancelled

I cancelled my SUNO subscription on 3th March 2026 through their website. Despite this, they charged my card again on 7th March 2026 for 10$. The subscription was clearly cancelled.
I contacted their support on 7th March 2026 requesting a refund. As of today, 12th March 2026, I have received no response and no refund.
This is not a billing error - this is charging customers after they have explicitly cancelled. If you use SUNO, make sure to monitor your bank statements carefully after cancelling. I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank.
I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Worst Support I’ve Ever Experienced

This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing support experiences I’ve had with any company.

My work email is changing, so I tried to update the email on my account, but their system doesn’t allow it. My account is tied to a Google account that will no longer exist in a couple of weeks, which means I’m about to lose access through no fault of my own.

I contacted support about this a month ago, expecting a simple account update or at least a reasonable workaround. Instead, I was told they have no way to change the email address and that if I want to keep using the service, I need to buy another annual plan. That is completely unreasonable.

When I asked for a refund, they refused and actually tried to blame me for the situation. That response was not only unhelpful, but incredibly dismissive. A company offering annual subscriptions should absolutely have a process for handling something as basic as an email change, especially when people can lose access to work or school accounts all the time.

To make matters worse, I was told they would get back to me, and then they simply didn’t. It has now been a month, I’ve followed up multiple times, and they have ignored every message.

At this point, this is not just bad support — it feels careless and unacceptable. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing their products if this is how they treat paying customers when a basic account issue comes up.

It's false advertising

It's false advertising. You cannot use your own voice to make a song. It uses a generic AI person that sounds nothing like you. And they won't give you a refund after you finally figure out that they completely lied to you. Don't waste your money

Worst Customer Service

I loved their service at the start. Their paid plains gives you access to better models. Their paid models though are only slightly better. For it being paid, I would of excepted better prompt adherence and variety. On top of that, their editor is buggy. I think they should of worked on it a little longer before releasing.

Aside from that, another issue is no communication. If you run into issues and need to contact support, they don't answer. I have been waiting a week, and I still haven't gotten an answer from them. (I want to change my account from one to another.) Since they don't answer their email, you can't get a refund either.

Suno is a SCAM

Suno is a SCAM. They take your money and don’t get you any credits. The support team is the worst support ever. They just ask you to wait and don’t do anything to solve the problem, they even reject the refund. It been a month that I wait for my credits. As I see, I am not the only one, who faced this problem.

Been a paying customer for a while

Been a paying customer for a while, locked out of my account and no way to recover that. So I've trying to contact SUNO by email, social medias etc for quite some time now. But ZERO response from any of them, and they keep withdrawing money from my account. And there is absolutely NOTHING I can do about it.

Paying doesn;t mean you get to use the service

I subscribed Feb 10 2026 for the 30 day Premier plan. Suno received payment activated my account and I was off running, then less than 2 weeks later I try and download a track as a WAV and I can't because I need to be on a Pro plan. But I am on the Premier Plan until March 10 2026. Suno customer service says not so fast we tried accessing you CC card and it failed so you account is not in "good standing" So aparently even though you have paid for 30 days of service Suno can at any time decide that they have no contractual right to give you access to the product you paid for. Buyer be Ware, Suno knows there product is good and I will not dispute that, but because of this they have become so arragant that they feel they can any reason even make up one to make even more money.
