Beware! If you transfer this company money and they miss allocate it in their system due to an error. Admit their error but still cancel your working holiday they won't return your money. They cancelled my daughters working holiday in April and despite multiple reassurances they were going to return all her money they haven't. She is still awaiting over 50%. They said they were working towards a final resolution at the end of June. She is still waiting!
