I purchased Oliver Peoples frames at SunRayCity, which were unavailable anywhere else. I live in Germany, so I was concerned about the logistics, etc. The customer support was great. I received the glasses yesterday and I couldn't be happier: the frames are great, as described, brand new and, of course, original. I will buy another frames soon with them.

Had a manufacturing issue with a pair I just bought. Messaged them and had a full refund in the bank that very day. Bought another pair from them to replace those with. Customer service from yesteryear where people mattered, not the dollar. Will definitely be back buying more as I usually get 2 to 3 years out of a good pair till I turn them into everyday glasses, mowing, trimming, etc, and will purchase a new pair. Customer for life.
I had a pair of sunglasses that broke, and could not get hold of the manufacturer to source a spare frame. SunRayCity had a similar pair that I was able to purchase and swap for the better lenses I had in my broken pair (photochromatic).
