I spent hundred plus in sunrise slots over 2 months, but when I tried to cash out 233, they gave me bogus reasons to deny it, then locked my account.
It's a scam. Don't play.

Garbage people who work here but that's because their owners are low life worthless scum. I've been getting the run around for 2 months over $100 payout. Bitstarz is number 1 in my book, I've won $2000 and had it in my acct within an hour with bitstarz. One day sunrise and all of their employees and business partners will get exactly what they deserve, a worthless miserable life with nothing and nobody.

Should be illegal. I've been waiting over a month for my payout. All they say is "our third party provider's times may vary". There are dozens of decent online casinos that payout instantly. Hell, I'm even okay waiting 3 days to a week. This is bs. First they make you wait weeks to deny you for any reason. Then once you fix that, you have to request again and wait 7-10 business days for approval. Then once approved, you wait 7-10 business days for them to "send funds to a third party provider". If you make it to this point, the location of your funds is up in the air. No one to contact. No idea who the provider even is. Just "times may vary". I've seen people say they get their funds eventually so I know it's not hopeless but this is beyond infuriating. There is no reason an unlicensed "casino" should be allowed to operate with these practices. What really sucks is, I would have spent more money here if I didn't have to wait until who knows when to get my winnings. I will never deposit here again

UPDATE: 5/11. I did get my withdrawal. It took almost 2 months but it did come. I read a lot of reviews that said you do eventually get your money and I wasn't sure if should believe them but it does eventually. It is frustrating and tiresome to get your payments. If they could fix that this would be a good place to play

Site plays on people's gambling issues can win big as long as a coupon or deposit match are used. Binding you to their withdrawal rules and subsequent complete removal of large portions of your balance when seen fit. Good luck even winning anything and the odds are even better at winning the lotto then ever seeing your attempted withdrawal

It’s rather unfortunate these guys don’t pay out cause the game play is pretty good and it’s actually their loss really. Had they paid the measly 180$ or whatever the small sum was they’d be swimming in my loot by now cause I’m a degenerate. It’s all there as far as the games etc, except it’s a scam sadly. Typical to several online casinos that are all related; very quick to take money but when it’s time to payout, jumping through hoops is almost guaranteed. I requested a payout 3/3 and one on 3/15; they were both “approved” 3/12 and 3/29. Their “guidelines” give 7-10 business days for every step. I have contacted customer service(only chat and email available) several times and I get the response “sorry for the delay, I will escalate but please wait 2-3 days and check back.” Again, I’ve done this probably 10’times and no payout. If you want to give money away and fight tooth and mail for a payout then you’d appreciate Sunrise.

*Update 4/25* I still have not rerecieved my payment. I emailed there financial department to inquire amd the responce I recieved just said that because they use a third party payment provider they can sometimes be delayed. They thanked me for my patience and that was it. Very unuself. I think it's safe to say at this point that the casino either has no intention to pay, or they're so slow it simply isn't worth making any investment here.

I'm going on 3 weeks since requesting a withdrawal at the time of typing this. I initiated the Bitcoin (BTC) withdrawal on March 23rd, 2024, in the amount of $488.17. The max cashout for the bonus was $100. The withdraw request was approved on April 2nd, so within the stated 5-10 business days, for the amount of $100.00. I've contacted customer service to see how they are handling the transaction, and to see if there's been any discrepancies with the withdrawal request, and I don't get much other than what it says in the t&c contract.
I won again today, and requested another withdrawal and went to check my transactions in my account. Something strange is happening there... one time I checked and it showed all of my requests as denied and in red, and then a few minutes later they were again labeled as approved and in green. It has switched several times in the last hour. It's not just the most recent transactions either, it's all of them. I contacted customer service and provided screenshots of how it kept changing, but was told not to worry, that they all show up in his computer as approved and told me I'm just waiting for the payment from their third party payment provider.
On another note, I've inquired about said, "third party payment provider", as I've never heard this from other online casinos, but they were either unable, or unwilling, to give me any information on what/who this is. I'm a paying member of over 120 online casinos, and I've learned a lot throughout my experiences. I often audit and review them and I'd say this casino is very suspicious at this point. Too soon to make any claims of certainty, but I'll be keeping this updated.

I Won $800 March 3rd, I had deposited with bitcoin, and as they advertise quick withdrawal if you deposit w Bitcoin I expected my winnings within the day. Well its now April 3rd and I was just told my withdrawal was approved March 29th, and I can expect my bitcoin in my wallet April 12th. I will keep you all posted if I actually recieve my winnings. This so called casino is a sham. I have played it a lot. They try to get larger deposits from customers by offering more free spins. When you spin 50 free spins and only accumulated 1.56. I did receive one payout but then scheduled another on Oct. 26 2023. It was approved 11-11-2023. I still dont have it and Im honestly wondering if I ever will get paid. dont play here!

It's as simple as this: I played and won, and initiated a $2500 payout which was approved on October 27, 2023. It is now January 11, 2024. I've sent numerous emails requesting updates, and confirmed my Bitcoin address twice. Everytime I write I am very politely told that it is in process and that (essentially) they have no control over payouts because they use a third party to complete the transactions. If this is true, they should find a new payout provider.
