The .co.uk country code is a flagrant deception to hide the fact that this is a Chinese retailer. I paid more than £40 for a "Joe Browns" handbag and the fact that the payment was in yen, and that I was also charged for currency conversion, was the first indication that I was not dealing with a UK company. 3 weeks later a tiny battered package containing a pair of sunglasses was delivered. Like others, I was offered a partial (32%) refund in return for keeping the goods. Even if I wanted some cheap knock off sunglasses I certainly wouldn't agree to paying about £30 for them which would be the cost if I accepted (and received) their offer. I have no expectation of getting my money back but this company should not be able to use a UK domain name to scam British customers. UPDATE The website has now been taken down

Don't touch this site, it is a con.
In Nov 2021 I ordered what I thought was Boots and a dress from Joe Browns outlet, allegedly in a half price sale but this site has nothing to do with JB.
They took £78 from my account and sent a cheap blue scarf. When I e mailed them, they pretended it was a mix up and said they would let me keep the scarf for half the total amount; I said I wanted a full refund and was ignored.
I raised a complaint with RBS who were helpful but wanted me to send proof of my conversations with them and needed screen shots which only some sent. In the end I gave up and put it down to experience. In future if something looks too good to be true, it's because it is.

Following on from my review with Sunset Chalets (Re Joe Browns), please be aware that they claim to use Entraexpress.com for sending the item after they have defrauded you your money. I have contacted Entraexpress and they confirm that the tracking number given is not a valid tracking number. Their tracking numbers start with a 'D' followed by 20 numbers.

Scam website do not use. Paid £80 for a pair of boots they sent a cheap woollen scarf.

I ordered Joe Browns boots in November last year. They cost over £40.00. Still not arrived although payment was taken immediately. I have been well and truly scammed!!!

BEWARE! I placed a £30 order at the end of November for an item of Joe Browns clothing. Christmas has passed and nothing has arrived. Unable to track the order or contact the company via its website as these functions are not working. My email sent to the address that acknowledged my order returned as undeliverable. Appears to be a scam website.
