I would have given zero stars if I…

I would have given zero stars if I could these people are a total ripoff. I don’t understand how Facebook can have them in their website promoting this. I placed my order 2 1/2 months they took the money. The first minute I placed the order I have sent numerous of emails to them and it’s just lies after lies. I think they have the system set up just to send you a reply please do not buy from here. You will be ripped off and shame on you AOL for letting these people into your system.

I echo all of the other customers who…

I echo all of the other customers who have been scammed by this company - yes Fraud is the key word to describe their behaviour.. I placed a $250 order in March 2022 and have since been given 'verbal BS" about fulfilling my order.. I have even given Ryan options to replace my items with what he has in stock and available .. but to no avail. Their work is amazing but no longer a source of trust and agree that there should some sort of group action against this fraudulent organization! Diane

I agree with previous review

I agree with previous review. I placed order July of 2022 and have not received yet. I have called. No answer. Same with text and email. They got the money and forgot about customer.

FRAUD!! DON'T ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

This company USED to be awesome, have ordered from them before - the pieces were absolutely beautiful, arrived timely and had great customer service. However recently, early Jan 2023, I ordered 2 pieces totaling over $100...it is now FEB 9th and have never received them. Have emailed them many times, phone calls connect to busy signals, so I tried texting them....ZERO response on all accounts. Now I am here on this page realizing this is a "thing" with them.
It is beyond comprehension how people, who once had a good reputable company going, continue to keep a website active when you ARE CLEARLY NO LONGER DOING BUSINESS. All they are doing at this point it taking unsuspecting people's money. That's called FRAUD!!! DON'T ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Such a shame, their artwork was really beautiful in person, which makes this all the more disappointing.

Don’t buy from this company!

I had ordered from this company in the past and had gotten my items, and they were great. I placed an order in Aug 2022, my card was charged, and it’s now end of Nov and still haven’t gotten my item. You can’t reach them via phone, and I had only gotten 1 initial email response that my order was in process. I texted as their website advised, no reply. That was about 6 weeks ago. I will be contacting the BBB for all that’s worth, but not holding out hopes for my product or refund. Wouldn’t order again. (Order 10169)

Sunshiners can no longer be trusted, 2022

It is now Oct. 2022, and I can’t get Sunshiners or Ryan Matway (rmatway at sunshiners.com) to complete my last order placed April 7, nor can I get a response to inquiries. I’m disappointed. I spent hundreds of dollars in 2021 on beautiful pieces he did complete. But something changed in 2022 — he takes the money and doesn’t deliver or communicate. Clearly, it’s happening to others as well. His Sunshiners.com website is still up! I’m sorry to say Sunshiners can no longer be trusted.

Buyer BEWARE. Scammers!!

Since your phone is on constant busy and you do not respond to emails or texts, I'm writing you on here to inquire about my order placed at the END OF JULY for over $200 ... And to warn others DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SUNSHINERS. Next step... Cancel cc, contact BBB and the Florida Attorney General to file a complaint

Perhaps a class action lawsuit? Trust me, I will take whatever other steps necessary to recover my money. FYI... I won't stop until this is resolved. Trust me on that. 😉

Placed an order in March 2022

Placed an order in March 2022, 2 pieces priced over $100.00. Today is 08.30.22 still o product despite early interactions that delays dues to issues on their end. Promised delivery dates have come and gone. This is theft as order placed acknowledged and still no product. Order with EXTREME caution.

Very unhappy

Very unhappy. Ordered 3-24-2022. Did receive some email correspondence initially and now nothing. DO NOT ORDER from these people.
Disappointed as friends have some and are beautiful but they take your $$ and Do Not care.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I placed an order 4 months ago and after numerous email exchanges, they never sent my order or credited my account. I did file a claim with the BBB but they aren’t able to resolve the matter.
In the last few years, I ordered about 3 times and received my orders. Clearly they’ve changed hands or something has happened.
This is really bad and they are still open and taking orders. Also, shortly after placing my order my credit card was hacked.

Is Sunshiners closed?

Placed an order for a gift and the recipient didn't receive it after a couple of weeks. Then I noticed Sunshiners's shipping information on the bottom of their website which said orders can take up to 45 business days to ship. That's over 2 months!

Almost a month into this now. I have tried for over 2 weeks to contact them and cancel the order, but their phone always answers busy and none of my emails have been answered.

I ordered on 12-13-20

I ordered on 12-13-20. 3 months, 3 emails, 1unanswered phone call, 1 snarky answer to my 3rd email and still fo not have my product. I have been overly patient! Enough of the excuses, videos and apologies. Absolutely absurd. Get it done or give me my money back.

I ordered a large parrot for my sister…

I ordered a large parrot for my sister before Christmas. She still has not received it!!
I have sent them three messages about the situation. They did answer me after the last complaint apologizing for the delay and assuring me it would be resolved.
That was weeks ago.
Frankly I don’t hold out much hope.
I thought they were a reputable company from reading their reviews; however now I’m just disgusted and furious 👎

I placed a large order over $200 in early December. They charged my credit card right away but I still have not received any of the items over two months later. They have not responded to my request for a status update. Did I just get ripped off over $200? ☹️

I ordered two items on 11/03 /2020

I ordered two items on 11/03 /2020, it is now 02/05/2021 and ond only received part of my order, after 12/26 /2020. I've called and emailed twice never to hear back from anyone. These are not cheap, I spent 111.00 on the two items as Christmas presents. Clearly they do not run a business well.

Almost 2 months later and I haven't received my order. Thus company is TERRIBLE about returning calls, emails or texts. I wouldn't even be concerned about the order taking forever, if they were just proactive about communicating with me
