Beware: Waist of time and money!
If I could give this business a ZERO I would. Their groupon clearly states they accept one groupon per year. So I used it one year and then bought it again to use it a year later only to drive 25 minutes for them to tell me they changed their policy and will not accept it. Then change your groupon language to reflect your new policy. And it's not so much about the lost $300 bucks. The doctor was extremely rude, absolutely no remorse that I was out the money. Not even an exception because I truly did not know. Ladies, do yourself a favor and go to a practice where they value their customers. This place can care less. Which is why sadly, this small business, despite the big head of the doctor, WILL FAIL. And when an unsatisfied customer has an enormous sphere of influence in the community the negative word of mouth for this place will spread like wildfire. When will small businesses learn. NUMBER 1: Take care of your customers!
