First time making use of the online chat support. Was pleasantly surprised by the quick acknowledgement by Anna. The interaction was efficient and she responded quickly.Even though she could not resolve the problem, she said she was going to escalate to the IT support team.

Paul Thomas - what a great guy! I have just had a solar system installed and there were a few tiny niggles which Paul helped me resolve. I was calling on my electrician’s phone line which isn’t supposed to be used by end users, but Paul went out of his way to still help me. 10/10 service from a brilliant, well spoken, knowledgeable and courteous guy. Customer service excellent sent a youtube link to help

Recently had storage battery fitted and the day after we changed internet provider. I contacted the company who fitted the system. They wasted £160 per call out flat rate. Then per hour£50. I did not want to pat this just to link my wifi to the system. I left it for awhile thencontacted Sunsynk. Customer service. They sent me a you tube video explaining fully how to do it. Problem solved . Thankyou
