A few weeks ago super glazing came to fix my mum’s windows in a little bit of an emergency (I broke it 🙈) I was worried the window was going to fall out of her second floor apartment and gave them a call.

They were really friendly and helpful and someone came to take a look within a couple of hours! The Engineer was really friendly and went out of his way to help. They made the windows secure and safe and then came back the following morning and replaced the parts to make it good again. He also checked the other windows for safety and cleaned up after himself.
Mum was really happy and she’s always hard to please so that’s a miracle!

Would 100% recommended them and use them again!

Very pleased with the quality of the windows.
The fitters appeared to be very hurried. More care could have been taken whilst carrying items up stairs which resulted in damaged wallpaper. However the fitter did own up to this and accidents do happen. We have since had it invisibly patched.
Another team of fitters appeared to have spilt a mug of tea on a dressing table. This we found the following day as all three draws had wet clothes and a puddle of tea in them. The main upstairs bay window required some cement work which I would have liked pebble dashing to match existing. The other 8 windows had the pebbledash replaced to match by a different team.

Supa fast. Filled in online enquiry form. Heard back the following day, sales advisor George turned up on the Wednesday, surveyor John on Friday, job completed by following Wednesday.. Brilliant. Had a hole knocked out and a set of French doors fitted plus some bricking up.. Wish all building work was this fast. Supa job

So far only had my front door one week but no issues to date. Very easy process and no hard sell at all. Spoke with Tara on a few occasions to arranging fitting (had to rearrange due to strong winds and heavy rain) and nothing was too much trouble - Tara was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Everything done and completed as the salesman said.

I contacted SupaGlazing about a new front door. A representative visited and was polite and helpful. No pressure selling. I was very happy with my quote. The workmen were polite and explained what they were doing and tidied up after. Extremely happy with the finished job. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely terrible customer service has a front door installed over 8 months ago and still have not fully fixed the issues with the poor install and wanted paying in full when they first installed the door while fitting a door not as described I’m still waiting for them to contact me and fix the issues

The worst customer service ever experienced, demanding full payments before works even started, missed start dates, poor fitting and quality.
Snagging not completed, threatening to remove their goods even though works not completed. Absolutely disgusting
