sometimes the day after. I think this is an excellent service.

I had a really bad experience with Supaperfume at Christmas, which took many e mails and calls to finalise, however, on this occasion I have no complaints. when i recived my perfume it had a faulty spray and had leaked so i only got about 1/4 bottle. I emailed to tell the company what had happend and asked for a call but did not recive one. I tried calling them but the phone just rang and rang after emailing again i got a reply and have now returned the faulty perfume but am still waiting for a replacement but money has already been taken off my card so at the moment i have paid for goods that were faulty and not had a replacememt as yet.
