i placed my order and immiedietely received a auto email from them, confirming my order. i chose the free shipping option and the perfume arrived in 3 days. my mum was over the moon with her present. and i scored a bargain rate on her favourite perfume! would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for fragrances at low prices with fast delivery.

I have purchased a number of items from supaperfume.com over the years. Their prices are always competitive, generally cheaper than everywhere else and delivery is free. I would highly recommend them to any possible customer!

I ordered some after shave yeaterday and took up thier option of free second class delivery. It arrived today very well packaged. Would highly reccomend - good price and fast delivery. I say A1!!!

Received my my item and it was well packaged, greet product, great price and speedy delivery. Perfect. I will use again and would recommend to friends.

I ordered goods from this Company on 23rd December, have been tracking my order since and it still says "awaiting dispatch". I wanted the products fro a birthday on 2nd January and am very disappointed. They are not answering the phone. I DON'T RATE THEM AT ALL!!!

I ordered and paid for goods on 3 Dec. A week later, as the goods had not arrived, I emailed them and they said they were having trouble getting supplies. They offered me 5oml bottles for a couple of pounds less than the 100ml bottles I'd paid for! I asked for my money back 3 times and on 16 Dec they said they'd paid it back to my credit card account.
Have just had my bill and guess what? No refund. Customer services are not answering the phone. If they do this to many people they will get quite a bit of interest on our money! Shan't risk using them again

I ordered 3 items from supaperfume and received all of them in excellent condition - very well packaged and at great prices - much cheaper than in the stores and i shall be recommending this site to all of my friends .
I chose the free delivery option and was impressed with the speed of delivery especially considering all of this snow.
I for one shall be returning to them as a regular customer.

I purchased a bottle of lacoste pink for my wife and was pleased to receive it in time for her birthday - i felt i should leave this review as many people are quick to condemn sites but very few leave good recommendations - i for one have used supaperfume on a number of occasions and found them to be faultless - good service and speedy delivery

The only thing 'Supa' about this company is the speed at which they took my money. I have been defrauded out of £43.14! They have refused to send the 2 perfumes that I ordered, stating that they are awaiting dispatch, (they've been waiting dispatch since 9th December) and will not refund the money after three times of asking. If anyone is interested in joining me in contacting Watchdog about this second-rate, shoddy outfit, please do so. Don't let them get away with this appauling level of 'service'. Under no circumstances should you part with your hard earned cash with Supaperfumes.

Update: The day after this feedback was left at Trustpilot, Supapefume gave me a full refund. This just goes to prove that if you complain loudly enough and publicly enough, your voice will be heard. Thank you Trustpilot for the forum. Other dissatisfied customers please take note.

Ordered 2 bottles of perfume on the 21st December BEFORE 11am whcih is their cut off time for next day deliveries. Paid £4.50 postage for next day delivery and still haven't received the perfume. I got an email back following my chasing which reassuringly said "Thank you for your email, your order will be shipped out soon, and if any problem we will be intouh." I have given them til the end of the day to let me know what is happening and then I'll put it in the hands of my credit card company who I'm sure will have fun dealing with them.

UPDATE - About 20minutes after leaving this feedback I got a call from Supaperfume, who explained that one of the items I had ordered was out of stock, they have refunded my original postage charge and all I did was pay for the upgrade to the next size bottle. All in all, thanks to Supaperfume for resolving, although lessons should be learnt by mine and other's experiences, you have a good opportunity to do more business and I'd like to be able to use you again.

I ordered my item on the 18 December and as it said 2/4 day delivery and it was in stock I thought it would have arrived before Christmas, it did not arrive so I emailed them twice,I must admit I did receive one email back,but not very helpful I kept looking to see if it had been dispatched,but no it kept saying awaiting dispatch,although the money had been taken from my account on the day ordered as other people have already said.
I have just phoned them and was told they did not have time to send before Christmas and will be sending in a couple of days,although I will not be holding my breath on that one.
I wish I had seen this site before I ordered as I would never had placed an order.Be warned do not touch this website with a barge pole they can not fulfill their promises and are a complete waste of time and money.

ordered my goods with the knowledge that my goods were in stock and they would be delivered to me within 2-4 days. The money was taken from my account on the day I ordered the goods. After 6 weeks and having to email them 6 times.Iwas never told the items out of stock! Eventually after a lot of hassle I was told they were dispatched and two items got delivered yesterday. I then received an email saying that the aftershave was not available. I found this strange as i had already been told it was dispatched. | am now waiting on a refund, got knows how long that will take!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SUPAPERFUME AGAIN!!!!!! I placed an order for 2 items on 16th November, expecting my delivery with 4 days. It never came. I emailed them, and was told that there was a delay with one of my orders. I asked them to sent one now, and the other when they had it. I waited a week, and phoned them. They said it was in stock and would send it that day. It never came. I emailed again, they apologised, and said it would be sent. It never came. I emailed again, and was told it had been despatched. A week later it still hadn't arrived. Then out of the blue, I had a delivery of one item - they could of sent that within the 1st 4 days, but never did. I contacted them today...23 days later, and they state that the deliver had been sent, and they had a record of the delivery. I agreed.....BUT FOR ONLY ONE ITEM. I am still waiting for my order to be completed as of 9th December 2009. If they don't deliver within the next 7 days - I will claim the money back through the courts.

I Placed an order for a perfume listed on their website and paid next day delivery The money went straigt out of my account with in 2 days,3 weeks later after canceling the order as it was not in stock & I requested next day delivery at extra cost which was charged I am still awaiting a refund, customer service is non existant after numerous phone calls if you can get through you get told different stories like 1st call it was refunded on the 26th wait 5 to 7 days it will show on your statement after 7 days oh yes it was refunded on the 28th wait another 7 days

Very quick to take the money out of the bank account but no effort was made to tell my product was out of stock. I had to contact them to try to find out why I didn't get my order after 3 weeks... it took another 4 weeks to get my money back.

Ordered on the Wednesday and delivered following Monday on 2nd class post for free. Other options available if you want quicker. What more could I expect. Price was most competitive on the WEB. Will definitely check out (excuse pun) again.

ordered purfume which did not come, had to wait three weeks before they would send another after 4 weeks still did not send another, phoned several times quite often could not get a reply eventually cancelled order and asked for refund which also took two weeks, absolutley rubbish customer service would never use again

Do not order anything from this website!! You have no way of telling whether anything is in stock- I ordered one bottle of perfume over 2 weeks ago, had one email out of five replied to only to tell me it would be sent out the next day....which it wasn't.
I requested a callback a couple of times which was ignored, tried calling them myself a few times with no answer until i had a recorded message telling me the number had changed to 0208 5058477- I tried that one and got through to a man (the name coming up on my phone display was a company called Worldcom). I told him i wanted to cancel my order and he put me on hold for about 10 mins, finally came back and told me the perfume had been sent out today! I asked him why it was still saying 'awaiting dispatch' on my account and he just kept repeating that it had gone out today and i should get an email telling me so any minute and it would arrive by Monday so i was too late to cancel my order.
Needless to say i haven't had an email, and i seriously doubt anything has been sent out to me. I am going to get in touch with my bank now and hopefully find a way of getting a refund.

Placed order which was received but payment was taken twice,Supaperfume agreed to refund but did not deliver.
The customer service I have received has been very poor,so based on my experience I would not recommend this company.
