Very poor customer services and services in general.
Ordered an e-reader 20th of April 2019.

Still no e-reader, no money refunds (except 22 euros)

Nothing can be done as the package has been lost.

Support was great. It helped me very well.

Good prices but poor service. Ordered 12/7 , 19/7 still no sign that order was even treated... although they promis orders will be treated within 24 and 72 hours. Cancelled my order and that was treated efficiently (let's see if my credit card payment was cancelled accordingly) . Would not recommend this company for any serious ordering, you can risk it for small amounts; Office is in Hong King (shipment also)

This pretends to be a Netherlands webshop, but items will be from Hong Kong. Be ready for the shipping delays and ugly UK adaptor if you ever get it.

I must admit I was not impressed with their lack of pro-active information supply, every bit of info which normally you get bombarded with when making a purchase, they seem to be reluctant to supply.. BUT, despite the odd way their customer service is set up, despite the fact that they try to pretend they are based in the Netherlands when you buy the items, despite the fact that the items actually seem tot come from abroad, I DID get whet I paid for, and within a week too. NO months of waiting, NO lost parcel, NO wrong address.. and they did include a travel adapter. (since the items are from Hong Kong, they have british connectors, so you do need a different one to connect to a European electricity outlet) ..the packaging looked smart, everything was sealed, I am wondering how long the battery will last, as one of the complaints I read here was about the battery dieing within 4 months, but so far I have NO complaints other than the set up of their website. More transparency would aleviate a lot of the anxiety. People shop on Aliexpress, so why wouldn't we buy from an asian based webshop directly? It just would be nice to know where you buy items from, to avoid nasty surprises with import taxation if you buy something that is worth more than 22 euros. .. But the item arrived, all is well. (Y) :)

Again a flawless delivery, thank you. Ordered 2 lenses and came as all the others in approx. 9 days.

After 2 months back and forth email with customer service about disfunctioning product, they refuse to provide me a new one (only can repair but that will cost again 4-6 weeks) although that's within their guarantee. Then I got an email that reparation takes too long thye will issue me a new one. One week later they say that model is in shortage ansld they can only refund me for 80% of the original price. I asked for a full refund and then they offered me a replacement product that was totally not what I want and probably has been in their stock for too long and no one wants to buy it. At the end I lost the product and 20% of the payment. Rediculous.

Customer support answered my emails about the order very quickly, and as I said I would need the product within a few days (and that's not possible) they cancel my order and return the money immediately! Reading the other reviews got me little scared but i would say it's fine if you don't need your product immediately and can wait a couple of weeks

Ordered product, tracked it with the mail company's system. Apparently got checked by customs and hasn't been heard from since. Support initially said their logistical department was in contact with customs to get the freight moving again, but that was 3 weeks ago and the company doesn't respond to mail since. Package is now 1 month in transit.

Ordered several phones, fast shipping, no issues. Recommended to my friends to order their phones at Superaankoop.

Before I deared buy something on the site, I checked the reviews here. Not many of them were positive, I started to doubt big time. In the end I decided to do it anyway but get insurance by buying with my creditcard.
I am happy to anounce that my package has arrived, it is a legitimate Nikon lens which I could register with Nikon products. I had good track and trace, and it was here within two weeks.

You take a definite risk, because I do believe all the people that did not get what they asked for. But I did get what I wanted and for a stunning 70 euro's less than at other sites. Calculate your risk and how much risk their is concerning the product you buy - the products come from China, electricity cables may differ and such. But something as universal as a camera lens seems to be a very good buy via this site!

I feel cheated, I bought 2 mobiles phones Huawei p20 lite, the battery life of both phone are short, I sent one of them to official Huwawei service and they confirmed that the mobile is refurbished (second hand). I highly advise you to DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCT to this webshop. IT IS A CHINA webshop and you don't have any European guaranteed and also the brand of the device will not coverage anything.

Realising that I fell into trap I ask to my order to be cancelled and money returned back within 1,5h . No e-mail response and nobody picks up the phone.

Don't order here. Ordered a month ago, but still haven't received anything

I only checked reviews after ordering, and confess that I started to get very worried. As it turned out, though, they were completely reliable and trustworthy. It's true they ship from Hong Kong, so your order won't turn up the day after you place it. In my case - a mobile phone - it took a week and a half. They kept me updated throughout the process, so I knew where my order was. I'd use them again.
