Purchased this item and what a load of crud.Aviod at all cost.

This is another FACEBOOK SCAM! FACEBOOK needs to hire PRODUCT and SERVICE FACT CHECKERS to protect their PATRONS!

I have been caught by these crooks as well. I have tried emailing and phoning but nothing. I have asked my card company to do a section 75 to get my money back. Beware this is a scam!!

Total scam. Do not buy. Took my money and never supplied the goods

My mistake. Usually I’m checking the reviews, but I cannot understand how I made such a big mistake. I made an order (1323 ) at 28th June. Since that I haven’t received any order confirmation email. Nothing at all. Couple hours later I was trying to contact costumer servise and asked to cancel my order. Nothing. No any answer.There is no any number where to phone. Please, avoid them. They are scammers. I can’t forgive my self. I don’t understand how someone can write good reviews in newspapers and recommend their stuff?
Please, stay away!
Please report those scams! Maybe we all together can do something good? I have done already.

This company isn’t a customer friendly company. It’s always in denial. I’ve asked numerous times to make good the junk I’ve brought from them, said I’ll pay and I get nowhere. This con outfit only wants to sell junk that doesn’t work. It’s always in denial sending out messages how to set something up but watching YouTube videos and reading internet instructions. It does not want to know that there is no software to make it work or that it falls to pieces Whatever you do DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You only get a pack of lies from them. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY NOT YOU CUSTOM.

Nothing but a SCAM!!! The device does not work. The "no hassle return" is a lie. I returned my product according to their instructions on Feb. 1. It is April 28th and I have yet to hear from them. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS WILL NOT WORK AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I don't want to give this company any star. I have order 2 extension for $59 in April 2020 because it would save money when you buy two or three in their advertisement. However, I only received one in June 2020 and I asked them to send me the other one, they admitted their mistake and said they would send me another one. I waited to November 2020, there was nothing happened. Then I sent them another email. No response. Again, I sent email on March 2021, they said I did order two items, but it was the extension and the plug! My god!! $59 for an extension plus a plug! They asked me to show them the picture which I saw in the advertisement, which they should have in their own records......How can I show them their own picture? Very smart business man, very cunning to make money by cheating people on line.

On their reply, it is obviously they are lying to say they need more information to respond to my conpliant, because they have my order number and email with which they could locate me easily

I don't want to give even one star. This product is a total waste of money it's no good at all. The quality is not good either. There are three signal lights to show the quality of the signal. I couldn't even get one signal light. In fact, my speed did not improve at all. The other problem was the three pin UK adaptor which comes with these units have to be fitted to the unit but it kept getting stuck in the mains wall plug and it was very difficult to pull it out and the unit separated from the three pin adaptor when you did this. I had to carefully remove it with a flat screw driver as it was very tight which is not safe but I had to return the whole thing back so I did. Not only that, the pin then didn't lock back in place as it became loose therefore, the unit became useless. This happened with all the units. Although the product was faulty they wouldn't pay for return shipping to Netherlands and I suspect that they will not refund the initial shipping costs of £10. So I will end up out of pocket by £35 for a cheap useless product. Don't go by their promotional reviews, do your own google Trustpilot review. I got done by this company and would never recommend this to anyone. It's a scam.

Please do NOT buy this product. The marketing is impressive but a con. It does NOT work, and the company does not respond to any emails.

I reviewed this months ago and the review was called DO NOT BUY THIS.
The situation remains the same they tell me I'm due a refund they don't send it and most recently Jaanuary they told me they cannot send a refund because of the 180 day policy.My opinion remains the same that this company is the worst I have ever had to deal with.There reply is basically lies.

Basically this product is rubbish, the customer service is worse. Probably the worst I have ever come across. I am trying unsuccessfully to get a refund. I have been told 3 times(make that 8 now)that I am due one and it will be sorted. They keep having issues.To sum up I will repeat my previous review title

Do not take any notice of the so called great reviews of this product (try finding the reviewers) Service is abysmal it took nearly SIX MONTHS for my booster to arrive despite several chasing emails which when answered just blamed covid ! When it finally arrived no surprise IT JUST DOES NOT WORK customer service is non existant and because i exceeded the 30 day deadline they are refusing to replace or refund the non working item !! now due to covid i tried arranging for a tech to come out to try to get it working which caused a delay but low and behold the company uses covid as an excuse but customers cant - all i can say from personal experience IS do not buy this product do not deal with this company as no refunds no replacements appear to be the norm - you have been warned !!!!

Can't comment on the product as I ordered it 2 months ago and it still hasnt arrived! Whenever I enquire about the whereabouts I get an email saying :Great news, your order is on its way' when it obviously isn't, Very unhappy with the service.

I have been talking with a customer service agent for 1:44 minutes, no supervisor available. money back guarantee is evidently only good for 30 days. This is not in any of the paperwork they sent me. I bought a "lifetime warranty" for an extra $20 which evidently only covers 60 days, again this is not in the paperwork that SuperBoost sent to me.

Item took three weeks to arrive. Finally arrived in damaged box, item covered in scratches and clearly a returned item.
Have contacted Techfibbr for return and refund instructions but they’re ignoring emails.

This company is a complete SCAM!!! I finally received my product on 8/5/2020 only to realize it wasn’t working. I spoke to someone in customer service on 9/11/2020 They gave me really clear instructions on the absolutely ridiculous method of return. Only UPS or USPS. I had to keep the tracking number, check when it was listed as delivered and then call them for a refund. I had to pay my phone own shipping expense of $14.99. Product was delivered back to them 9/18/2020. So when I called for my refund they said it was outside of the 30 day money back guarantee. So, I am a teacher trying to connect with kids everyday and this wifi booster was crap. But when I return it Im out even more money and they refused to refund my money and they wont send the product back to me. The original customer service person didn’t say its outside of the return time. Of course its ok for them to use slow postage as a reason for not getting the product to me on time but refuse to refund my money when I return it to them 10 days late. No paperwork was in the box stating a 30 day return only date. I had to research how to even contact the company!! I guess Im out $75.00. But ai learned that these deals are just a way to steal money from hard working people. So sad! I wonder how they sleep at night!

I had to mark them 1 to get to next step of review. Didn’t improve our Wi-fi. I could still only get 4g on phone and I was standing next to it. When I complained they could find any record of my order number or email.

My booster seems to work well. I was concerned (having read all the reviews after ordering!) but it arrived in about two weeks. Despite the professional looking instruction sheet, it was tricky to understand the setting up procedure but I got there in the end. It's been three days now and the WiFi signal between my router and my PC has not dropped out since. Bofore that, I was lucky if I got it half the time.
