Unprofessional Staff and Terrible Customer Service!
Their team entered completely wrong quantities and weights on my shipment, which caused it to be stopped by customs and sent back to them. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they now want me to pay the reshipping costs. On top of that, the staff are very unprofessional, their responses are rude and unhelpful, and they clearly don’t care about the customer experience.

I entrusted Superbuy with purchasing items for my client, but the service was extremely disappointing. They added incorrect descriptions and wrong quantities on the final invoice, which caused the shipment to be returned. Shockingly, they then requested that I pay for the return shipping and an additional fee merely to verify that the received items were correct and complete.
Throughout this process, the team has consistently refused to act professionally, ignored official emails, and delayed responses, which risks making the shipment useless. I strongly advise caution when using their services, as accountability and proper communication are clearly lacking.

Superbuy used to be great, they changed their search engine, anything technical you can't find. Also the warehouse has started mislabeling items causing shipping to skyrocket, I've had to discard items I just bought because I literally couldn't ship them reasonably, but I had before with no problem. I have brought all of this to their attention they told me I was wrong, that nothing was wrong with their search engine ( I even showed proof, didn't matter) and that a battery operated light was definitely an appliance, warehouse are highly skilled, currently dealing with this again as they labeled a solid a liquid, a rosin a liquid, metal blades a knife, ipad screen an appliance, another metal blade is fragile, sponges are fragile, oh and stainless steel metal handle is fragile, I order more and more from AliExpress, way better search engine
Unresponsible and dishonest company
I’ve been using Superbuy for a while, but after my last three shipments, I’ve completely lost confidence in their logistics and customer service.
My most recent parcel (shipped via PND Express) was delivered to the wrong address, and the local delivery company refused to communicate properly.
They called me once at noon while I was at work, and when I called back later that day, nobody answered or followed up. The courier delivered the package at an apartment complex in front of my actual address, and the delivery guy did not knew where he was.
The local phone number didn’t work, their website showed “address not located”, and I still have no resolution after contacting both Superbuy and the carrier. The PND Express first replied within 2 hours but once I replied back, they started ghosting me. It is the 2nd week, and I am still waiting for a reply.
What makes it worse is that this is not an isolated incident.
Out of my last four packages, three had major delivery issues:
Two previous parcels took 48 days to arrive, even though the maximum stated shipping time was 40 days.
Both delays were blamed on shipping line issues at Los Angeles port — but there was no compensation or accountability.
Now this third one has gone missing because the carrier can’t follow clear delivery instructions and Superbuy refuses to take responsibility.
I gave detailed delivery instructions, including what to do if I wasn’t home, but they were completely ignored.
When I emailed Superbuy, their responses were slow, vague, and unhelpful, and the company is now ignoring my follow-ups.
I’ve been patient through all of these problems, but this latest experience is unacceptable.
Until they fix their logistics partnerships and improve customer service, I cannot recommend Superbuy to anyone who values reliability.
Once my current issue is resolved (if it ever is), I’ll be switching to another agent.
Superbuy needs to take real responsibility — customers shouldn’t have to chase missing parcels, deal with unresponsive carriers, or wait nearly two months for deliveries that were promised within 40 days.

Avoid at all costs after my honest review regarding the screen shot I had of the customer service team saying they don’t post bad reviews for a seller as seller my stop using them and it affects there revenue meaning what you order it’s a lottery if the item is good our bad and if it is bad they say we will refund you £3 as profit margins are low even though you spent £70 . They reached out offered me compensation if I say the situation was rectified . They gave me £50 pound in credit so I ordered something as only way to get my money back I had to pay an extra £23 They contacted me today saying they have frozen my account if I want the extra money I paid in back I must pay £69 pound to unlock my account then once account is unlocked they will send me the £69 back plus my £23. Please do not use this company there is other good shipping agents. Mulebuy. Acbuy to name a few

This is my first purchase shopping experience with Superbuy , it was great.
2.50$, now 7.50$ for the same product?!
Last year it as was 2.50$ for a 12 pk 120g super light air dry clay, I’ve been a frequent buyer of this product, and I’ve just went in to get 4 of them, now they’re 7$ each?? This is absurd and you’re over charging your customers, instead I had to leave with 2, and 14 dollars less - which could have gotten me ~ 6 packs, instead of 2. This is outrageous, I’m never buying a product from this company again.

Superbuy is a great and easy way to get your hands on items from China. They’ve helped me pre-order merchandise I otherwise wouldn’t be able to buy (either because international shops don’t have them or the items are much more expensive there).
Orders are getting processed fairly quickly and their shopping agents get back to you if additional confirmation is needed.
I love how they offer 90 days of free storage. This way I can wait for multiple orders to arrive in the warehouse before consolidating it all together
