I have been a member for a few years now, use the discounts on my weekly shop and for meals out. Have used the free night in a hotel for the last couple of years, and have just booked a week in Las Vegas for later in the year. Customer Services are very helpful, mostly via email but they ring if any queries or problems and sort out promptly.

Absolutely love this company. Hanifa is always very helpful, and I've just booked my stay in Las Vegas. It's definitely worth paying for membership with the savings you receive.

Easy experience booking my free hotel stay. I was given a number of options and simply chose my favourite. Definitely worth the membership as I plan to use the other rewards soon also.

Supercard offer a good and wide variety of gift cards.
The website is easy to use and I haven’t had any issues with it or any items in there.
The Supercard teams are proactive and respond to queries quickly.

UPDATE.. ALTHOUGH REECE WAS VERY HELPFUL IT APPEARS THIS COMPANY IS INTERLINKED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY WHO HAS ALSO TAKEN MONEY FROM MY MUMS ACCOUNT I HAVE INFORMED HER BANKS FRAUD TEAM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PREYING ON VULNERABLE ELDERLY PEOPLE.
Reece has been very helpful with canceling my mum's payment and subscription after I explained she has dementia and has been quite distressed as she couldn't remember doing it.
