Scammers???? more like used by some sore losers. I cannot begin to tell you all how bad this company is... use at your peril! I was one of their first customers - many year's ago - and the underhand tactics they employ are despicable. They feign a caring and responsible demeanour but are actually deplorable and self-serving.

People are right about the hoops and games they play with their customers. Even their advertising is misleading - customers winning millions a month - bull! They count everything, even if a customer doesn't win overall - every win is totalled. Example: you could bet £1000 a spin on roulette and only get back a £1 this would still count as a win and be totalled. Do this with every customer and every bet and it looks as if people are winning a fortune but they're not - you could be down thousands but they only count the wins. If they included the money lost by every client you would see the huge profits they have made.

I have previously spent months trying to get my winnings and they trickled it out so that my money sat pending so that I'd be tempted to gamble it away.
