Waiting…..
I loved that we received the item quickly. When the overalls were too big I decided to return the item for store credit and just as promptly returned it. My plan is to use the credit to buy overalls that fit, but it’s been over a week and all I have received is invitations to rate.

It was not the fault of super casual
It was not the fault of super casual. The problem was on the return label. We chose to pay additional money to not have to make a label for the return package. When at the ups counter, they said we were wrong. Told us we had to print a label, attach it, then put a paper containing return information inside. When we came back several days later, they said we were outside the return window. (We were within the return window on the first attempt.) This should probably be taken care of via UPS. UPS did not reach out and ask us how we did. It is easier to explain the situation here as opposed to chasing down UPS. Thanks Super Casual. Your reaching out has allowed me a way to vent my frustrations.
