Avoid at all costs
I ordered 3 bottles of Gaviscon from them, and was told by my courier that the parcel had been damaged beyond repair - bottles smashed. I tried to contact Superdrug to request my refund, and all I got in return were standard messages telling me their usual delivery times, and pointing me to their Messenger Chat. That turned out to be the website of "Ask the Expert" who wanted money to put me on to 'someone who could help". I've now receioved an offical note from the Courier EVRI, telling me the damage is irreparable, and to take the matter up with Superdrug, Superdrug also state that they no longer provide 'online cutomer service support". Seems they do NOT provide customer service at all, and I shall certainly NOT be using them again. Clearly, the bottles had not been correctly and safely packed for transit in the first place by Superdrug!

Store returned my order without notifying me (i wasnt aware it was in store) too many customer service agents get involved causing confusion
You cant call c/s which is infuriating
They renague on points awarded for inconvenience
Offer you 300 then a further 200 which doesnt materialise
Its not the superdrug it was
Instore theres often shruggy staff, cant be bothered so no wonder my order went back
Maybe its more my local store
But i find Boots professional
And they truly care

I would like to give some well-deserved feedback for Aisha, who was absolutely amazing during my visit to Superdrug.
When I came into the shop, I was looking for a lipstick and a lip liner, and Aisha was incredibly helpful. Her knowledge of the beauty products was fantastic. She took the time to go through the different ranges with me and helped me find a lip liner that matched the lipstick perfectly.
I ended up spending a little more than I had originally planned, but that was because Aisha was so helpful in showing me the different options and also explaining the offers, including the 3-for-2 deals. I really appreciated that she took the time to make sure I understood what was available rather than simply pointing me towards the products.
I don't always have my glasses with me, so shopping in the beauty area can sometimes be quite challenging for me. Having someone like Aisha nearby, who is knowledgeable, patient and willing to help, makes such a huge difference.
I just wanted to give some genuine, open and honest feedback to say how amazing she was. She is a real asset to Superdrug and an excellent example of what great customer service should be.

Rubina - Helix Piercing - Piccadilly Gardens
Popped into piccadilly Gardens superdrug today to grab some antiperspirants, spotted the piercings price list. Starting off at £11.50!
So I decided to treat myself and get my helix done again for the 4th time (they have always fallen out after getting caught on things)
I was served by Rubina who was very polite and attentive. Very quick process and it hurt a lot less than I remember it hurting after having it done in a different place.
Hopefully this one stays in and lasts! 🤞
