Very confusing sizing when ordering…

Very confusing sizing when ordering from Canada. I ordered once using the US sizing chart and I got the correct coat. Next time I ordered another coat and it was in UK sizing (not the same as the last time I bought it) so it was way too small! Customer service was terrible. I won't be purchasing from them again.

Confusing Sizing, Returns at Customer Expense

I bought a coat from this company. I had previously tried it on in a store while travelling, and knew I needed a Medium. Unfortunately, I made a mistake while ordering - there are numbered sizes in both UK and US, with a UK 12 being Medium and US 12 being XL. I ordered a US 12/XL. When I tried to return the coat to get the right size, shipping was at my expense and would have cost me 180$ to ship it back to the UK. There are no stores in Canada, so returning in person is out, and I'm stuck with a 380$ coat that doesn't fit. Extremely poor experience. I will not be ordering from them again and would not recommend them, unless you are absolutely, 100% sure you know what you're ordering is going to fit and have triple checked you've ordered the right size.

Returns not easy and wrong size

Great product, but sizes are wrong for Canada and return IS NOT EASY.
Got to find a way to ship yourself to UK and pay for it. almost half the cost of the product you want to return. Ordered Large, fits like a tiny medium at best.

Not happy with this first order

Order placed September 11th and got charged shipping fee for over $400 item before tax. Received series of e-mails after the order saying delivery by September 18th. It is September 25th but still not received, but it was charged on my credit card. Contacted the customer service on September 20th & 21st and asked to contact UPS for further investigation because there was message to sender on UPS web. I even attached screenshot of the UPS website and tracking number. But they ignored and said wait 5 more days and contact them again and report as stolen... Not happy with delivery and customer service support at all. Now, I don't want the item at all and will return it if I'm ever received it.

I probably will never order from this…

I probably will never order from this place again. Very sad to find out my order was cancelled days after I ordered it. Due to them being out of stock. Make a person wonder why they would keep wasting their time on the site if they could possibly be out of stock. The email I got didn’t even tell me what items weren’t in stock. The last few times I’ve ordered from here it come with flaws in the cloths and they are always late on shipping. Disappointed 100%.

Disappointed

Ordered 5 items from the website, items were never received by DHL ecommerce as the merchant created a label and I tried tracking the items for a week straight, then just gets an email from the merchant sayibg I returned all the items due to “items do not fit”. Tried following up with customer services but was told to just reorder the items online and they’ll waive my delivery fee but 4 out of the 5 items are no longer available and I still got charged for the 1 order I reordered (who knows if I will still even receive it). Address was complete and correct and so was my phone number which says they will contact if there are any problems with the delivery, but I get no notifications from them. I’m extremely disappointed with how things are handled…

poor shopping experience

I cannot change the size of my winter in my new order just after I placed my order before shipping.
Your staff asked me to return it after I received it .
It means I have to paid for the shipping charge for ordering it and returning it just because you cannot control your internal process.

The actual purchase process was easy

The actual purchase process was easy, website was easy to navigate. The checkout and paying process was not so smooth for me however the online customer service help was able to assured me everything was going to be ok. It was an error I had made.

There's a problem with my account

There's a problem with my account, I can't seem to make purchases however, when I use a guest account....I can complete the purchase. Customer service has ignored several emails. I've had to make my last 2 purchases through a guest account.

Great Quality clothes, Dookie Customer service

While I like the quality of their jackets, The customer service to Canadian customers is nonsense, Returns are not free, delivery takes 2 weeks and the sizes are inconsistent with North American sizes. I returned a jacket over a week now with no exchange and I spent $40 returning it, I have sent several emails but no reply, If there is no exchange where the hell is my money. I got someone on chat and they say it takes 10 days to exchange like what the duck ?? Fix your dookie !! I've gotten better service from the 3rd world.

Prices quality and speed of delivery…

Prices quality and speed of delivery great!

The store has a good collection of products for women and the quality is great. The sizing is confusing but we figured it out. They are in US sizing...

That said there isn't a proper customer support and the first order I placed I had a typo in the email and there was no way to update that information. I was in the dark about the order. It got delivered reasonably quickly but the site is lacking customer service. There is a number listed but that just says "You have reached the testing environment".
