There are too many product offerings which makes deciding difficult. 200 choices of t-shirts is a bit much. The website's navigation is difficult. Selecting and item, going to the item page and then coming back to the other choices, we are constantly brought back to the start of the search. Quite time consuming and frustrating. I have many times, bought on other sites just because of this.

My last purchase, two jackets. I am returning one (I need to pay return shipping). Size it's too small. I will keep the other one, it's not perfect, still slightly small around arm area... This brand it's like 50/50 chances to be ok and fit ok or not. Same with quality, some items are nice but some are like the ones from Alliexpress...

Unable to return cause it s at our own fees and it would cost more than the value of the actual package. I often buy online and it s the first time i need to pay for return. Makes it worst that it s across sea.
You guys have an account that makes it cheaper so it s sad we can t benefit from that.
I won t order again, and i will not recommand to anyone to order given the return policy problem
