I purchased a long coat but I have not received confirmation but have proof of purchase. I contacted customer service and they were no help to were my order was and said they could not help. Even with proof of purchase l, they have said cannot find it. Very poor service.
Awful aftersales service from Superdry.
Awful aftersales service from Superdry.
I buy a lot of Superdry clothes as I love the bright colours and quality materials. However not now.
I bought a Superdry orange lambswool half zip jumper from next. and after a few washes it shrank dreadfully. Thinking my wife's carer may have washed to hot I gave it to a petite female friend and bought a larger size from Superdry directly. Within 5 weeks the same thing happened. I followed the instructions to the letter, only washing at 30 degrees and drying flat on an airer. This jumper has gone from being a loose fitting XXL to now a tight small or medium that I cannot wear.
I emailed Superdry 3 weeks ago and it is still not resolved. Eventually they told me to send back in for inspection using the postage label sent via a separate email... which never came. I chased them up with a reply email and never heard back. I then put a ticket in and rather than sending me postage details they told me EVRI will contact me directly.. yeah of course they will. They haven't and now I am out of pocket with a faulty lambswool jumper.
For reference I bought a lambswool half zip from Next (their own make) and it has kept it size and shape and looks brand new.
I had asked for a credit note so i could replace it..
Awful service from Superdry.

No existent Customer Service
I purchased a jacket online on 5/3 and , I collected it from in Post locker on the 8/3 andI it was not suitable so I tried to return it using the online portal on the 8/3. I have 14 days to return it and their returns portal is refusing to accept my information which I have put in several times and it’s definitely correct!. I go on holiday tomorrow for a week so this it’s very stressful as they’ve closed down my local super dry store in Kingston Upon Thames, so I cannot return it there. I have sent them an email but I just got an automatic response saying they would reply within five days. The Customer Service is non-existent and none of their telephone numbers work – I hope they’re not going bust?
AVOID SUPERDRY AT ALL COSTS
I think Superdry are going bust and this is why.
1. You can't speak to them
2. The number I found online was a dead line.
3. They don't respond to emails.
4. The return portal is like a soduko problem.
5. I didn't get a receipt for my return via the portal which I believe is another way of them refusing refunds and making it difficult to prove your return.
I am now at the point where I am still waiting for my refund almost 2 weeks in.
THEY are a dreadful company and I will never, ever order from them again. Please shop elsewhere guys. This company is corrupt.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO phone number, email address, instant chat with a human. It's just a robot who knows nothing - as usual. They charge for returns - even when the item is faulty. I am sick and tired of companies who have NO customer service - it's like banging my head against a brick wall dealing with robots
No way to contact Superdry!!

I am waiting for my refund of £124.00 It’s impossible to speak to anyone at Evri for an update. In the same instance it’s impossible to reach out to you either…. Can you please arrange my refund as soon as possible. I will NOT be ordering anything from you anytime soon
Wrong item delivered
I ordered two pairs of trainers. One arrived, the other pair came as a ladies blouse with a label for the trainer. Despite emailing, live chat, emailing again they don't get it. Apparently they want me to return the blouse (I don't wear blouses) and they will give me a refund. I'm perplexed !! Why are you so difficult to get hold if..
I wouldn't even give Superdry 1 star
I wouldn't even give Superdry 1 star. I ordered a pair of swimming trunks on Thursday and paid for next day delivery to ensure I had them for Saturday. They were intended as a gift. On Friday late afternoon I was advised that my item was being delivered on Monday. Contacting Superdry is impossible. They hide behind an AI Assistant - another very frustrating experience. This morning I eventually called up one of the stores. The chap at Exeter, I spoke to, was very helpful and contacted customer services on my behalf. He even called me back to inform me that someone from customer services would be emailing me. I did get an email from customer service with every excuse under the sun. Yes, we have had rain and some wind in Cornwall, what's new! There has been no flooding and no recent storms - blaming the weather is a bit of a stretch. They advised that they would refund my delivery, but no gesture of goodwill. I emailed them back, but surprise, surprise, no response from customer service. It is no surprise that high street stores are closing and business is failing if they treat their customers in this manner.
I ordered the wrong size and can't…
I ordered the wrong size and can't return it online as it won't accept any details in the way they have asked for it to be written. Live chat wasn't available. They have no telephone line and I wrote an email telling them what I had done and they replied to me to retry all the information in exactly the same way that doesn't work!!! so clearly hadn't bothered reading the email. Its a very difficult process to return anything. Recommend only buying in store where you can check the sizing!
What has happened to this store
What has happened to this store . Bought some joggers they arrived promptly but the logo and writing didnt match the picture advertised. And it arrived with security tag still attatched , they charge you to return items and i wasnt paying anything as this wasnt my fault. They dont have a customer service phone line anymore just email who promptly replied telling me to take it back to my nearest store as that is 65 miles away i said i couldnt do that and asked what could we do about the situation . They stopped replying at that point and after several more ignored emails i have given up on them . Would never use this firm again . I have eventually just snapped the tag off with two bits of metal . Terrible customer service .
Buying online an absolute minefield ...…
Buying online proved to be an absolute minefield ..... the cord trousers I ordered on 18th January have still not arrived today (11th Feb), despite the due delivery date being 22nd Jan! Superdry's own website states if item has not moved for 5 days or more it is declared lost and a refund is given. Attempts to reach Customer Services/Care fail as none of the phone numbers given are active, and emails just get an automatic response!
I really regret making a purchase with…
I really regret making a purchase with this company now, ordered a £150 coat in hopes that it would arrive before the wet weather. Order hasn’t moved beyond “manifested” and no replies from customer service. I’ll never buy from superdry again, absolute waste of time.
Tried to generate a return but my order…
Tried to generate a return but my order number wasn’t recognised.
Then tried to contact them via their message service but nothing happened-not even a generic response to say they’d received my message.
The local store near me has now closed-I’m starting worry that I won’t be able to return my items.
4 weeks to secure a refund and a lot of hassle doing so
Ordered a jacket in the sale on Boxing Day. It wasn’t delivered until January 6th by Evri. I tried it on but was waiting for a comparable item from elsewhere to arrive. The Ts&Cs clearly state returns/refunds within 14 days of RECEIPT of order. However when I tried to return it via the portal, it said the returns time had expired on Jan 9th. I then had a useless chat conversation with a bot but eventually found via pissedoffcustomer.com their CS email address, careatsuperdrydotcom. To be fair they replied immediately but I had to send the documentation - order email, screen grab of Evri delivery date, tracking receipt etc to prove when the jacket had been delivered. Then silence for 48 hours so I chased again and they sent an Evri prepaid return label immediately but said the refund would take 7-10 days from receipt of the returned item. So I sent the jacket back January 13th. I heard nothing, the Evri app kept recording the item as in transit and to contact SuperDry. The email I was supposed to receive with a refund date never arrived despite my chasing again, twice. In the end I opened a payment dispute via my credit card and miraculously everything started moving. The parcel was finally recorded as arriving at SuperDry on Jan 22nd, a full 9 days after posting and I was refunded 3 days later with an apologetic email relating to the refund notification that didn’t turn up and the poor service levels. So I received my refund but honestly the hoops I went through. I’d never buy anything from SuperDry online again which is a shame as the nearest shop is miles away and I like their stuff.
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. The return process is extremely slow, and there was no communication at all after my parcel was delivered back to them. Despite confirmed delivery, I received no updates or support. Overall a frustrating experience — I would avoid and would not buy from Superdry again.
No customer service at all
No customer service at all. I ordered a ski jacket, they took money and never delivered. I can't reach them through any of the customer service contacts they list. It is unbelievably horrible situation. I don't know what to do.
Same story as everyone else
Same story as everyone else. Had ordered something on 26/12/25, arrived two weeks after the agreed delivery date on 19/01/26. Had emailed Superdry already to query the delay and never had a reply. Tried it on straight away, it is too small, went to the return portal on the same day I received it and it says I cannot return it. The chat is not manned, FAQ's don't help. You cannot call anyone. Another item I had ordered on a later date got cancelled two days after it should have been delivered, with no explanation. Appalling service from a brand like this. I am shocked that they don't seem to care one bit about all these bad reviews.
Pathetic customer service
I just bought a Superdry Jacket (SUPERDRY_42944100) for roughly £120. After wearing the jacket I noticed that the front of the jacket is going on left side after zipping it up. As soon I walk I could feel the bottom centre zip hitting my left knee. No way this jacket could be worn. I then checked and looked at the website. I noticed the advertisement where the model was wearing this same jacket was also looking odd because the centre zip area was going towards her left knee. In my opinion it could be a manufacturing defect. I contacted Superdry customer care and I was offered a £15 refund in case I would like to keep the jacket.
Really? For a £120 jacket if you want to keep this jacket with a defect you are offered £15 refund on the condition that the jacket would not be returned if I accept this £15 refund or a compensation in other words. I was also told that if I want I can still return the jacket for full refund. I am still in shock. All I was expected to be contacted by their quality check department to say to me that they will be looking into the matter by checking all the similar jackets/ coats.
I am now worried that I will return this jacket and some one will buy it and may go through the same process like me or may get fooled by not wearing it for few days and the return window will close.
I have no words to show my disappointment. It's way beyond how I was expecting a resolution. I am very sad to see this poor standard is customer service. I do not think in future I will be in hurry to go to Superdry store again. This one experience has taught me a tough lesson.
Superdry con you through Topcashback.
Superdry con you through Topcashback.
Superdry con you through Topcashback.
Bought two items from them one two seperate occassions through topcashback.
Superdry (Not Topcashback) decline the cashback on both occassions , despite no codes used.
Decent jackets - but wont spend any more money with a company that dupes people into buying from them under false pretetence of cashback
Useless customer services
I bought a jumper and coat which unfortunately were unsuitable. Returned to the Meadowhall store to find it had closed down, there was no notice to say the store would be closing down, the nearest one is over 20 miles away. Contacted customer services they said to post to them with receipt but I had to pay to return the items. I asked if I would get the returns payment refunded due to this not being my fault. I am still waiting for a response. You can’t talk to anyone the phone number they supply doesn’t work and the “live chat” is not manned either.
