The first one was missing, reported it and another was sent out with a different courier, whilst it was an inconvenience, I can’t fault Tools uk, they handled it quickly and professionally.
The tool is exactly what I expected as I have several Ingco tools and they are good quality for a cheap price.

This is my third purchase from the company, the most recent being the 40V lawnmower.
Can't fault INGCO, the products are amazing and customer service first class.
Spoke multiple times over WhatsApp and was supplied with the correct discount code.
Purchase with confidence you will not be disappointed.

Such an easy transaction from start to finish. Email notifications regarding delivery were very good. Delivery was very quick too. The whole thing from order to door was around 3 or 4 days. Very happy and will use them again.

I bought a pair of garden gloves. I can't recommend them enough ! As I have a large garden ,I needed strong enough gloves that would pull out brambles ect ,without thorns getting into my fingers . The gloves fit well I would highly recommend this company and I will be back .

Lovely Company to deal with. Being elderly I needed a light weight vacuum to do a quick clean after meals. They were very patient.

Complete disaster! Ordered from INGCO Professional Tools UK, but the quality was subpar and the tools broke easily. Not worth the money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
