Ordered xxxl size and delivery promised in a week but took 4 months after numerous e mails. Heated fleece is dangerous to wear and was size S. Why doesn’t Trading Standsrds do something about this company

Ordered. Took forever to arrive and the the sizing was just ridiculous! Tried to ask for a refund but they have stated that only if I pay to send it back to china, signed, that I will get my full refund. Well that’s not going to happen! Offered a partial refund and now they are saying it’s too late for that! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!

Do not use this company, it is totally dishonest.

Advertised as Cozebod UK and 3-5 day delivery. Once you have paid your money all shipping information is from China. As yet haven't received anything from them and all Emails are responded to in the same way. They ignore any questions you ask and simply say the order is in transit and will arrive shortly. ,Do not order from them

Why can’t I give this scamming company no stars. Ordered heated fleece. Took ages to arrive despite numerous e mails. Item doesn’t work and the size they sent must be Asian size. It’s far to small. Requested refund and they have replied that they sent size ordered. Will report to Trading Standards and chargeback on PayPal. Why is Facebook continuing to let this company advertise on their site.

How I wish I had been more diligent in my research and read the reviews before I bought 2 heated waistcoats from this company. They simply don’t work! A complete waste of money - and there is no power pack included so you are actually buying a thin waistcoat with some wires on. Value 50p! Even with my own power pack the warmth generated is minimal. Do not buy from this company!

Terrible company, my 79 year old Dad bought a jet wash from them which does not work, he wrote to them to send it back and they refused. Cheats, do not buy from them. He speant money and received awful service with no return. AVOID.

I also seem to have been scammed by this facebook seller of the indestructable strimmer blade and the so called universal fitting kit (that clearly doesnt fit . I never fitted either item and have emailed their support team loads of times asking if i could have their returns details to facilitate a refund and also informed them that the items are useless and dangerous .they have consistantly messaged me back insisting the goods work and also asking me to send jpeg images to prove that the items have not been used ) despite repetedly sending the images they have still not issued their uk returns details .i have contacted facebook support to no avail. They are scammers be aware. Plus the parts are inferior and dangerous.

Received an email from this company in response to an email to a company that appears to be operating out of the UK but then find products have to be returned to China if not fit for purpose. I therefore feel misled by the website indestructibletrimmer.co.uk which it appears this company is hosting, the website also makes claims that I did not find standing up to scrutiny
