Whoever invented this Super Patch is a professional SCAMMER, having gathered the so-called actors and actresses to act and post their supposed experiences with the Super Patches. The very victims who went through buying hundreds worth of Super Patch are now stuck with inventories that would not sell after innocent victims like me found out the truth about these patches. So if anyone who is planning to test these so-called Super Patch, DO NOT BUY these no better than Band Aid patches, it’s a waste of money.

I ordered patches on a buy 3 get one free sale. I added the proper code and picked 2 figuring they would add the third. I aked if I had done it correctly and was told no but that they wouldn't add the 3rd patch. It hadn't been sent out yet and the sale was still on. I had ordered many times before and told others about the product and they bought it. This is a terrible company to deal with. It can be found cheaper elsewhere (not amazon) and I will buy it there. I had my credit card company remove the charge for one of them. I don't undertand why they want to treat their customers horribly when they want new sales. I am 84 so I suppose I can add elder abuse to my complaint. Beware!

Extremely disappointing and legally unacceptable experience. I requested a cancellation/refund four days before they sent the package, yet they proceeded to ship it anyway—clearly prioritizing the sale over customer rights or request. What followed was a month-and-a-half-long ordeal trying to return the product.

The return process was chaotic: shipping delays, contradictory information, unanswered emails, showing zero responsibility. Even after the package was returned to their courier, they repeatedly claimed not to have received after 14 days delivery in European Community!!!??? This lack of accountability and transparency violates basic EU consumer protection laws regarding delivery, returns, and refund timelines.

The entire experience is the result of lack of organization in the company and money focused strategy not health or goodwill as they falsely promote. I cannot recommend this company. Their service and mentality is far below legal and professional standards.

I was probably the biggest user of super patches in the last year. They really do work. But as I was ordering my last patches I noticed the price was $99 for 30 patches. But I got a discount and it went down to $68. I bought it and when I opened it, they were mini patches at best. I’m not gonna pay $99 for 30 patches that are at least half the size of the ones previously. I don’t understand your marketing. Most people won’t be happy with this change. I’m talking about the freedom Patch for Pain. Very disappointing.

I was vending at a weekend market. A guy ambushed me outside of my tent, insisting I try one for my arthritic pain. 10 seconds after slapping one on my arm, I felt dizzy and sick. Took it off, but it was over an hour until I felt better. WTH was that??

I used the joy patches for about 10 days, I actually felt reverse feelings of short fuse, easily frustrated... I expected more lightheartedness but felt the opposite for the most part. There were glimpses where I would be smiling but was short lived almost like my body was fighting it. Im trying the boost ones now, its more of a complete patch and do feel somewhat better on that one.

These patches are highly effective and not like any other product available.

For those of you who have tried them without positive results and given scathing reviews I would say nothing is 100% for everyone but you may have chosen the wrong patch, put it in the wrong place on your body or not persevered and used them continuously over a period of time, which is how they are designed to be used. Hence they come in packs of 28 patches. It’s also important to drink lots of water.
They are not ALWAYS a “one patch wonder” but OFTEN are.

My husband had a stroke 9 months ago. He was fortunate to recover physically but his short term memory and thinking were affected. He would ask me the same question several times a day (like "where are we going tonight?"). I needed to supervise him constantly and remind him of things. I was very frustrated. I came across some Focus patches that we had purchased many months ago. I figured why not give it a try. The first day I thought I noticed something but figured it must be in my head. By the second day, I definitely noticed his energy had changed and he was thinking more clearly and his memory was also showing improvement! It was miraculous how much those two days of using the patches had changed his functioning! I obviously ordered more, so he can keep using them. I ordered a pack of different patches and we will try the others, too! I highly recommend Super Patch!

Absolutely disgusting customer service, I would never recommend this product purely for the shocking customer service I have received. I refunded two packets of patches on the 13th August, next day delivery to be delivered and signed by 1pm, which indeed they were as I tracked through Royal Mail after paying £9.85 for the service. I have emailed countless numbers of times since asking about my refund with a robotic response, I’m not sure Julia is a real person to be honest because if she is she’s just out to wind people up!!! I have reported to trading standards through citizens advice as the law clearly states that any refunds must be returned within 14 days! The response I keep getting is “your refund has not been processed yet as it has not been cleared through our warehouse, we will be in contact when your refund is at the next stage”… 34 days later it still hasn’t even been processed!!! Absolute cowboy company, avoid at all costs and I would say if you’re expecting that “30 day money back guarantee” good luck to you!!

Patches placed on the affected area reduced pain over time. Am now pain free

People need to be very careful buying these patches this don't work on everybody one size don't fit all I ordered Liberty and freedom I open up freedom because I just had ankle surgery it didn't work for me and I couldn't exchange or get my money back I sent Liberty back because I had not opened it yet because I wasn't able to walk so it wasn't no need of me keeping it so they exchange that but they refused to exchange freedom just be very very careful about spending $60+on patches and May and may not work because you won't get your money back so I'm stuck with them

Try these at your own risk, they are pretty costly and once you open them you cannot return them. Purchased the Super Patch which worked pretty good for my husband's arthritis but did nothing for me. Ordered the Rocket patch for my husband and it didn't work at all. Received some sample Freedom patches and they worked ok for my mother's mobility issues. Received a second order on auto shipping, did not open it, contacted the company to return it, sent them the return tracking information. Return shipping is on you, package must be un opened and then you must wait weeks for a refund. Definitely won't be ordering again or recommending to anyone.

Was a associate , could not sell patches tried to get refund but no way , had to sell on face-book market place at a loss
This company is not ethical and many of the associates are dishonest , do not make the same mistake I did ( DO NOT BUY)

I am so happy with Superpatch. My favorites are Liberty and Lumi, my skin is better and better. Softer and glower and my nails are stronger and growing faster.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered ONE time, once, to try out some patches because one of my friends was raving about how they have changed her life, but here's the thing about this company is that you can't just "try" out the patches. Oh no no no, they practice this thing called "Auto-Order" which means that they will duplicate your last order, charge it to your credit card, and send it to you. Then you have to pay shipping and they ask for a tracking number which is an extra $20 of your own money to ship the package back, and they only give you 30 days to do so, yet it takes 15-20 days to process it and only then will you receive your refund. BEWARE!

Super Patch is amazing! I no longer have to take muscle relaxers and Anti inflammatory medicine for my bursitis and back pain!

A friend gifted me with the Peace patch and after 7 or 8 days I noticed that I was way less reactive to the stress around me and then that I had not had a hot flash in the past 3 days. 5 months later I am still hot flash-free. The Peace patch continued to be one of my favourites for lowering the stress in my world.

My Daughter broke her Ankle and Tibula bone. When I learned about SP she was in month 3 of healing and was still in lots of pain. I place a Freedom and Liberty Patch on her and the pain decreased drastically and she was able to walk better. Super Patch Patches are simply incredible.
