I ordered a zone 2 Sky/Freesat dish with the high end Freesat and Sky Q 4 normal and 2 wideband (?)outputs to replace my aging zone 1 dish as the TV signal broke up with any rain. The replacement dish came very quickly via DHL with clear instructions and good quality components.
The signal from the new dish was insane compared to the old dish so very happy.

I think even one star is a lot for this company. Avoid by all costs. I ordered a TV aerial and a tripod stand from this company. Once received the items by post promptly, the items were so heavily taped with FRAGILE tape there were no way to see the outer packaging of the items without tearing it. I had to cut the packaging to get to the items. To my surprise I saw a return slip from a previous e-Bay customer within the packaging indicating the reason for return was defective item. It was evident that item was previously opened and all the contents were loose and the assembly instructions was missing. I contacted the phone number provided by the seller's website after several attempts on 2 different working days I managed to get through and the response I received was that the number was their warehouse and not their customer service number as they do not have a customer service number and I was told that I had to write to their customer service and wait for their reply. I wrote an e-mail to their customer service e-mail hotmail account. There was no reply! I called their 'warehouse' number again with anger about their poor customer service and I told them that I will report them to the Trading Standards agency and then and only then they took me seriously and took my details and the reason for my call. Later on that day I received a reply from their customer service saying that I have to arrange for the return myself and they will not pay anything more than £7.99 towards the return shipping costs for the items to be returned. They refused to arrange for the return shipping themselves and they refused to refund me despite sending me a defective item that was returned from another customer. Since I originally paid via PayPal I opened a claim and after 21 days from claim and sending the item back to the seller that costed me £8.62 (cheapest in the market), thankfully I received my full refund and PayPal paid for my return shipping cost. Avoid this company by all costs, you have been warned.
