I had never used Tech Support before…
I had never used Tech Support before and I'm IMPRESSED.
Technician was patient and dedicated to resolving my issues.
If I was the Tech, I would have given up and passed it up to a higher level. However, he stayed with the issue and kept me informed to what was going on.
Outcome was perfect. I will never hesitate to recomend Iolo and their tech services.
