The technicial was very patient and knowledgeable. He explained what had caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future.

I love the "iola System Mechanic". I have had it for years. I recently had an issue with the program but when I contacted customer service through their chat, they immediately took care of the issue.

He was very nice and patient with me and fixed my problem and I hope it don't come back.I found out I didn't have my notifications turned on so that is why I wasn't getting them.

The agent was very helpful, quick, courteous and smart. He spoke clearly at a normal (not broken or rapid) and understandable rate. I was very pleased with his manner and success.

My Tech, Victor, is EXCELLENCE personified. He is the very best Tech a customer like me could ever hope for. I have been so lost, and I know so little about PCs. My problem was Pop-Ups that were driving me crazy, torturing me with incessant Pop-ups. No sooner would I delete one when another would pop up in its place; and it was always THREE at a time. They took up a large amount of my screen. Nothing I did on my own worked. I likely know less than anyone Victor encounters in his job. Victor patiently and respectfully took me through step-by-intricate step, and, ahah, Victor worked his miracle. Victor is the best! Please tell him how thankful I am to have been able to work with him. Anyone else would have given up on me. Victor never did, and he was so nice the whole time. How lucky you are to have him as your employee.

Got my computer working much faster and better

When I purchased my computer, it came with McAfee one year antivirus protection. Then when McAfee expired, I wanted to be on board with my wife's contract with System mechanic and US Tech Support. There were corrupted files left on my computer when McAfee support expired. These corrupted files could not be removed by the scan from system mechanic. However, System Mechanic quarantined a back door infection type named W32/Agent.WCDK-2872 and requested a full system scan was strongly recommended. So that is when I contacted USTECH Support for help to run the full scan. The scan found over five thousand corrupted files.
